Most pet stays require a one-time fee when booking. There's no charge for service animals.

We allow one large pet (up to 45kg) or two small pets (up to 23kg each) per apartment.

At Bob W. every bob is professionally cleaned using an 80-point cleaning system making sure that the basics are taken care of.  And to keep things sustainable, during longer stays your bob will be cleaned on a weekly basis.

Add optional breakfast to your booking for an extra fee. You’ll get a traditional breakfast at a local cafe that Bob has tried himself. It's neighbourhood approved, you'll find the locals here. A great, easy option especially when you’re still settling in on the first morning.

This is an easy and efficient way to get from the airport to the city.

Route: From the airport's train station, you can take either the I train or the P train. Both will take you directly to Helsinki Central Railway Station (Helsingin päärautatieasema).

Final Step: From Helsinki Central Railway Station, it's about a 15-minute walk to Bob W Kaarti. Just pop our address into your map app for the final directions.

Look for the building at number 40 on Kasarmikatu street. The main entrance is clearly visible from the street. Your door code from the Guest Area will get you in.

Bob W Kaarti's Courtyard Parking
We have two parking spots right in our inner courtyard.

Price: €35 per night.

Access: The entry hallway is snug - approx. 3m high and 2.4m wide. If your car is on the larger side, fold in those mirrors and please drive very slowly and carefully – it's a shared space with neighbours. Safety first!


How to Book Your Parking Spot
You can reserve a spot for our on-site indoor parking in two easy ways:

During your online check-in process.

At any time from your Guest Area, under the 'Extras' section.

Payment is collected at the time you book the parking spot, and please note that it is a non-refundable charge. Parking can be booked for the full duration of your reservation.

What happens after I book? Once your purchase is complete, all the necessary information, including your assigned parking spot number and detailed instructions, will appear in your Guest Area.

Why can't I see the option to book parking? If you don't see parking available in your Guest Area or during check-in, it simply means all of our spots are fully booked for your dates.

Find your booking number
You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

“Booking/confirmation number”

“Booking ID”

“Reservation number”

Get your door code
Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!



Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!



Didn’t get a confirmation email?
Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

We always send your check-in info by email—and often via SMS or WhatsApp too. Still nothing? Just reach out and we’ll sort it 👍

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.

No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
‍
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.

No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
‍
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.

Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.

You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
