The building that has seen many identities deserves an interior design that reflects its heritage. This concept transforms Lundagatan 31 into a warm yet effortlessly sophisticated urban retreat, offering guests a cozy, minimal oasis away from the city’s fast pace. Through a palette of soft neutrals, warm wood tones, and curated colour accents, the spaces feel contemporary with a subtle sense of nostalgia. Carefully chosen contrasts between hard and soft materials highlight original architectural details while creating a welcoming atmosphere. The design blends local character with timeless design—allowing guests not just to stay like a local, but to feel at home.

Most pet stays require a one-time fee when booking. There's no charge for service animals.

We allow one large pet (up to 45kg) or two small pets (up to 23kg each) per apartment.

At Bob W. every bob is professionally cleaned using an 80-point cleaning system making sure that the basics are taken care of.  And to keep things sustainable, during longer stays your bob will be cleaned on a weekly basis.

From Arlanda Airport (ARN)🚆

Arlanda Express (Fastest & Easiest) This dedicated airport train is the quickest way to the city.

Time & Cost: ~18 minutes; ~320 SEK one-way (cheaper for round-trips or group tickets).

Route: Non-stop from Arlanda to Stockholm Central Station.

Tickets: Buy online, at machines in the terminal, or on the Arlanda Express app.

Once at Stockholm Central Station walk five minutes to T-Centralen and take Metro Red Line 14 (towards Fruängen) four stops to 
Zinkensdamm Metro station.  The property is about a 3 minutes walk from here.

Tickets: The easiest way is to tap your contactless card or phone at the ticket gates. You can also use the SL app or buy from a machine.

By Taxi or Ride Apps

Time & Cost: ~50-60 minutes; ~650–750 SEK (always ask for a fixed price before getting in the car!).

How: Use apps like Uber or Bolt, or take an official taxi from the designated area outside the airport terminal.

Finding the Entrance

Look for the building at number 31 on Lundagatan street. The main entrance is clearly visible from the street. Your door code, found in your Guest Area, will get you inside.

Step 1: Complete Your Online Check-In

Head to our secure check-in portal here: https://reception.bobw.co/check-in

You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.

Find your booking number

You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

“Booking/confirmation number”

“Booking ID”

“Reservation number”

Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉

Get your door code

Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!

Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?

Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!

Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

At Bob W Stockholm Södermalm, the luggage room is located on the ground floor.  You will see the door marked "luggage".

The room is available for you to use:

Driving to Bob W Stockholm Gamla Stan? Heads-up! We don’t offer on-site parking at this property, but don’t worry — here are a few nearby options we recommend to make things smooth for your arrival.


Nearby Parking Garages (Recommended)
For a hassle-free experience, we recommend parking in one of the nearby public garages on the mainland (Norrmalm or Södermalm) and enjoying the short, scenic walk to us.

Gallerian Garage (Regeringsgatan): An easy, central, and well-connected option about a 10-minute walk away.

Parkaden Garage (Regeringsgatan 47): A covered garage with digital access and EV charging.

Stockholm Parkering Garages: Garages like Blasieholmen, Söderhallsgaraget, or Eiragaraget are also solid options just a short walk away.

Pro-Tip: If you're up for a slightly longer walk, parking in the Södermalm district is often easier and more affordable than in Norrmalm.

Street Parking in Gamla Stan
Street parking directly in Gamla Stan (the Old Town) is extremely limited and can be difficult to find. If you do find a spot, expect to pay around 20–31 SEK per hour as it's in the inner city tax zone.


Bob's Parking Tips
Book in Advance: We strongly recommend booking a garage spot online in advance, especially if you're arriving on a weekend or holiday.

Quick Drop-off: If you just need to unload your luggage, you can usually stop briefly outside the property before heading to a garage.

Go Car-Free! Gamla Stan is incredibly walkable and perfectly connected by metro (T-bana), buses, and ferries. You likely won't need a car to explore the city.

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
‍
No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
‍
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.

No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
‍
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.

Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.

You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
