Bob W Ambassador is a part of our ongoing quest to develop boutique flats for the well-travelled. Located in the heart of the Tallinn City Centre, this location is close to it all. You can hop on a number of trams just across the street which will take you to the airport, shopping centres, Telliskivi Creative City and more.

Design highlights

Bob W Ambassador’s design is inspired by the building’s outstanding architecture and distinctive history. These studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments feature high ceilings for a spacious experience and large windows. Each apartment also has a kitchen, perfect for making breakfast or cooking during longer stays. The herringbone flooring paired with the wall moldings gives each apartment a touch of timeless elegance, while the carefully sourced furniture and decor bring a simple, yet glamorous feel to the flats.

Local designer with real estate home staging expertise

We partnered with real estate veteran Gerdi Arst, a Tallinn-based designer who has furnished and decorated hundreds of apartments for real estate investors and developers over the years. She’s played an important role in making sure our Bob W Ambassador apartments look beautiful!

Environmentally-friendly beds

There’s more than meets the eye when it comes to a good night’s sleep at Bob W Ambassador. Our beds are made in Viljandi, Estonia by environmentally-conscious company ParagonSleep. They are certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and use only FSC-certified wood. Any textiles they produce are also compliant with the OEKO-TEX® 100 Standard and synthetic fibers are Global Recycle Standard-certified. 

Sofa beds made with heart

Our sofa beds come from Ermatiko, an Estonian family-run business founded in 1993. In addition to manufacturing highly durable sofas using solid wood and plywood, they also source their raw materials from a responsibly-managed forest.

Giving scraps a second life through art‍

Bob W is all about sustainability and reusing materials where we can. That’s why we partnered with Avola Art to provide the decor inside our Bob W Ambassador apartments. They take construction waste from real estate projects, and give them a second chance by producing handcrafted 3D

Coffee cups inspired by nature

The coffee cups at Bob W Ambassador are porcelain mugs that have been uniquely handcrafted by ceramic artist Raili Keiv from Tallinn. The designs are inspired by Estonian nature.
