Most pet stays require a one-time fee when booking. There's no charge for service animals.

We allow one large pet (up to 45kg) or two small pets (up to 23kg each) per apartment.

By Public Transport

• From the airport station, hop on the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini(they run every 15 minutes).
• At Termini, switch to Metro Line B (direction Laurentina).
• Get off at the Piramide station. From there, it's just a short 10–12 minute stroll to Bob W. Pop our address - Via Beniamino Franklin, 4 - into your map app for the final steps.

By Taxi 🚕

You can find official taxis at the ranks right outside the airport terminals. Just look for the white cars! There is a fixed fare of 50 € to get you straight to our door in the city centre.

Finding the Entrance

Look for the building at number 4 on Via Beniamino Franklin. The main entrance is clearly visible from the street right on the corner, to the left of the glass covered stairwell. Your door code, found in your Guest Area, will get you inside.

Step 1: Complete Your Online Check-In
Head to our secure check-in portal here: https://reception.bobw.co/check-in

You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.

Find your booking number

You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

“Booking/confirmation number”

“Booking ID”

“Reservation number”

Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉

Get your door entry card

Once your online check-in is complete, you will be able to proceed to the reception area at check-in time to pick up your key cards for the room.  To avoid delays and make it a smooth process it is vital that you complete the online check-in before requesting your keys at the reception.

Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?

Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!

Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

At Bob W Rome Testaccio the luggage storage area is located on the ground floor:

On the day of check-in from 5:00 AM

On the day of check-out until 11:00 PM

How to access it:

Follow the Luggage Locker signs.

Open your Guest Area (check your email for the check-in link).

Tap “Open Doors.”

Scroll to find the “Luggage Room” key.

Enter the code on the pin pad.

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
‍
No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
‍
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.

No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
‍
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.

Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.

You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
