Most pet stays require a one-time fee when booking. There's no charge for service animals.

We allow one large pet (up to 45kg) or two small pets (up to 23kg each) per apartment.

Add optional breakfast to your booking for an extra fee. You’ll get a traditional breakfast at Spor av Nord or Åpent Bakeri Paleet. It's neighbourhood approved, you'll find the locals here. A great, easy option especially when you’re still settling in on the first morning. 

Shake off the travel stiffness with our local gym partner, Fitness24Seven. Just in case exploring the neighbourhood isn't enough to tire you out.

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
‍
No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
‍
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.

No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
‍
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.

Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.

You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.

By Train (Fastest Option) 🚆
The Flytoget Airport Express train is the quickest way to get to the city centre.

Route & Time: The journey from Oslo Airport to Oslo Central Station (Oslo S) takes only about 19 minutes.

Schedule: Trains run as often as every 10 minutes for most of the day (the last train from the airport is usually at 00:50).

Final Step: Bob W Sentralen is just a short walk from Oslo Central Station. Pop our address into your map app for the final directions.

By Shuttle Bus 🚌
The Flybussen is another great option and typically runs every hour.

Route & Time: The bus takes about 50 minutes from Oslo Airport to Oslo Bus Terminal, which is right next to the central train station.

Final Step: From the bus terminal, it's also just a short walk to our building.

By Taxi
If you want to take a taxi from the airport, we recommend using the taxi booking machine.

Location: You'll find it outside the terminal building on the ground level, in the same area as the taxi pickup point.

Benefit: Using the machine allows you to book a taxi from a reputable company and see an overview of prices before you ride.

Finding the Entrance
Look for the building at number 30 on Kirkegata street. The main entrance is clearly visible from the street. Your door code, found in your Guest Area, will get you inside.

Luggage Room will be right behind Bob's logo.

Open your Guest Area (check your email for the check-in link).

Tap “Open Doors.”

Scroll to find the “Luggage Room” key.

At Bob W Sentralen, we do not have our own on-site parking. However, you'll find some excellent public parking garages (P-hus) very close by.

Walk: About a 6-minute stroll from Bob W Sentralen.

Timings: Usually Monday-Sunday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (06:00-24:00). (Heads up: these hours might exclude some public holiday times, so always good to double-check if your stay covers one!)

Details: Offers around 134 total spaces, including 9 spots for Electric Car Charging. ⚡

Kvadraturen P-hus (Aimo Park)

Walk: Roughly a 7-minute walk from Bob W.

Timings: Open 24/7

Details: Has around 126 spaces, with 10 spots dedicated to EV charging. ⚡

Perks: Often offers a 10% environmental discount for electric cars, uses ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) for smooth entry/exit, has CCTV, disabled parking, an elevator, EV charging, mobile phone coverage, and motorcycle parking.

Rates & Info: For current parking rates (approx. NOK 54-58 per 30 mins, with a 24h max around NOK 600, but subject to change) and more details, visit their official site.


Bob's tips for parking
Check the rates: The garages above are your best bets near Bob W Sentralen. Use their websites (links provided!) to get the most up-to-date parking rates, pre-booking options (if available), and payment methods (many Oslo garages use apps like APCOA Flow or EasyPark, or have on-site machines).

EV benefits: If you're driving an electric car, look out for those EV charging spots and the potential discount at Kvadraturen P-hus! 🌿

Oslo driving & tolls: Be aware that Oslo has automatic toll stations (AutoPASS) on roads leading into the city and within certain zones. Foreign-registered vehicles are also subject to these tolls. For short visits, you'll typically receive an invoice later. Oslo also has regulations regarding diesel vehicles on days of high air pollution. Check "Fjellinjen" (for tolls) and "Oslo Kommune" (for driving regulations) for the latest info.

Street parking: While possible in some areas, street parking in central Oslo can be expensive, often with short time limits and app-based payment. Garages are usually more straightforward for longer stays.

Explore on foot or by trikk! Oslo's city centre is very walkable, and the public transport system (T-bane (metro), trikk (tram), buses) is fantastic for getting around.

Find your booking number
You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

“Booking/confirmation number”

“Booking ID”

“Reservation number”

Get your door code
Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!



Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!
