    How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

    Just landed at Munich Airport (MUC) and heading to Bob W Munich City West? Servus! Here are the best ways to get to our spot at Lilli-Palmer-Straße 7.

    The easiest way is with a Bob-Approved transfer from our partner Welcome Pickups. They'll meet you at the airport and take you straight to Bob W. Plus they'll be keeping an eye on the live updates so if your flight is delayed, no stress!

    By Train 🚆

    This is a very efficient and direct way to get from the airport to the Old Town.

    Route: From the airport's train station, you can take the S8 S-Bahn (direction Herrsching) for 16 stops

    Get Off At: Your destination is Donnersbergerbrücke Station. The journey takes about 50 minutes.

    Final Step: From Donnersbergerbrücke Station, it's just a quick 5-minute walk to Bob W Munich City West. Just pop our address (Lilli-Palmer-Straße 7) into your map app.

    By Taxi

    For a direct ride, you can find taxis waiting at the official taxi stands located just outside Terminals 1 and 2 at the airport. This takes about 33 minutes depending on traffic.

    How to check-in?

    Step 1: Complete Your Online Check-In
    Head to our secure check-in portal here:     https://reception.bobw.co/check-in

    You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.

    Find your booking number
    You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

    “Booking/confirmation number”

    “Booking ID”

    “Reservation number”

    Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉

    Get your door code
    Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!

    Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
    Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

    If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!

    There's no parking available on-site at Bob W Munich City West. But fear not, there are ways to sort your wheels!

    Nearby Parking Garage

    PARK ONE Tiefgarage NOVE (Closest Option), located directly across the road from our building.

    €28 maximum charge for 24 hours

    €10 night charge (18:00 - 08:00)

    Payment is made via the ticket machines at the car park

    Opening Hours:
    24 hours, 7 days a week

    Street parking nearby

    Requires a parking ticket Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 11 PM (09:00 - 23:00). Often free outside these hours (including Sundays and public holidays), but always, always double-check local signs! Rules can vary.

    Bob's Munich driving & parking tips

    Umweltzone (Low emission zone): Munich has an "Umweltzone" covering the city centre. Your car MUST display a green emissions sticker (Umweltplakette) to enter – this applies to foreign vehicles too! You can get these online in advance or at TÜV/DEKRA centres. Driving without one risks a €100 fine.

    Diesel restrictions: Older diesel vehicles might sometimes face temporary driving restrictions based on air pollution levels. Check Munich's official city website for any current updates before your trip.

    Explore smart! Munich has fantastic public transport (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, trams, buses) and is wonderful for walking and cycling. These are often the best ways to explore the Old Town!

    Park & Ride (P+R): Consider P+R facilities on the city outskirts for a more sustainable option, then use public transport to reach us.

    Nimm Rücksicht auf deine Nachbarn. Du teilst dir das Gebäude mit anderen Gästen und Bewohnern. Achte auf deine Lautstärke und halte Ordnung. Die Ruhezeiten sind täglich von 22:00 bis 8:00 Uhr.

    Keine Partys oder Veranstaltungen, die andere Gäste stören könnten. Wir wissen, Partys machen Spaß, aber andere brauchen auch ihre Ruhe.

    Keine Haustiere, sofern dies nicht vorab schriftlich von Bob W bestätigt wurde. Melde dich einfach bei Fragen!

    Schuhe aus in der Wohnung. Das reduziert nicht nur den Lärm für deine Nachbarn, sondern hält das Apartment auch sauber und in gutem Zustand.
    ‍
    Rauchen verboten, auch auf Balkonen. Bitte nutze die gekennzeichneten Raucherbereiche im Freien.
    ‍
    Keine Drogen oder illegalen Substanzen. Haben wir Grund zur Annahme, dass dies während oder nach deinem Aufenthalt der Fall ist, melden wir es den örtlichen Behörden – und das wäre echt ärgerlich.

    Kein Müll in den Fluren. In deinem Apartment findest du Hinweise zur Müllentsorgung und zum Recycling.

    Nimm Rücksicht auf unser Reinigungsteam. Auch wenn jedes Apartment nach dem Check-out gründlich gereinigt wird, räum bitte hinter dir auf und hinterlass alles mit gesundem Menschenverstand. Wenn du ein großes Chaos hinterlässt, das zusätzlichen Reinigungsaufwand verursacht, stellen wir dir das in Rechnung.

    Halte dich an deine Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten. Kurzfristige Änderungen wirken sich auf unser Reinigungsteam und andere Gäste aus.

    Melde uns mögliche Schäden, die dir während deines Aufenthalts im Apartment auffallen, damit Bob sie beheben kann.

    Du haftest stets in vollem Umfang für Schäden, die durch dich, deine Gäste oder Haustiere verursacht werden. Gesetzesverstöße oder betrügerische Aktivitäten führen zur sofortigen Beendigung deiner Buchung und werden der örtlichen Polizei zur weiteren Untersuchung gemeldet. Bob ist dafür verantwortlich, dass alle Gäste sicher sind und eine gute Zeit haben! Danke für dein Verständnis und deine Unterstützung.
