It’s a space that feels both fresh and timeless, much like Mitte itself. You’ll find everything you need to live like a Berliner: from fully equipped kitchens and work-friendly tables to soft sofas perfect for sprawling after a long day exploring.

Pets

Your furry friends are very welcome at Bob W Berlin Mitte. Bob loves pets.

Most pet stays require a one-time fee when booking. There's no charge for service animals.

We allow one large pet (up to 45kg) or two small pets (up to 23kg each) per apartment.

Breakfast, Bob-Approved

Add optional breakfast to your booking for an extra fee. You’ll get a traditional breakfast at Suppengrün {https://www.suppengruen.net/} or Baobab cafe. It's neighbourhood approved, you'll find the locals here. A great, easy option especially when you’re still settling in on the first morning. 

Gym Access

Shake off the travel stiffness with our local gym partner, Superfit. Just in case exploring the neighbourhood isn't enough to tire you out.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Just landed at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) and heading to Bob W Mitte? Welcome! Here are the best ways to get to us.



By Train 🚆
Berlin's public transport is excellent. You have a few great routes to choose from to get from the airport to our neighbourhood.

Option 1 (S9 direct to Jannowitzbrücke) Take the S9 S-Bahn (direction Spandau Bhf) from the airport directly to Jannowitzbrücke station. The journey takes about 40 minutes. From there, it's a 9-minute walk to Bob W Mitte.

Option 2 (S45 + U8 to Heinrich-Heine-Straße)

Take the S45 S-Bahn (direction Südkreuz Bhf) to Hermannstraße station (approx. 34 mins).

Change to the U8 subway (direction Wittenau) and get off at Heinrich-Heine-Straße station (approx. 13 mins).

From here, it's just a quick 2-minute walk to our building.

Option 3 (Regional Train + S-Bahn)

Take the RE8 regional train (direction Wismar, Bahnhof) to Ostbahnhof station. This is a fast option, taking only about 22 minutes.

At Ostbahnhof, change to an S-Bahn (S3, S5, or S7) and go one or two stops to Jannowitzbrücke.

From Jannowitzbrücke, it's a 9-minute walk.

By Taxi or Ride-hailing
For a direct ride, you can find taxis at the official ranks at the airport or use a ride-hailing app. Options in Berlin include:

Finding the Entrance
Look for the building at number 92 on Köpenicker Straße street. The main entrance is clearly visible from the street. Your door code, found in your Guest Area, will get you inside.

Where can I store my luggage?

At Bob W Mitte, the luggage room is located on the 3rd floor and is available for you to use:

On the day of check-in from 5:00 AM

On the day of check-out until 11:00 PM


How to access it:
Head to the 3rd floor.

Luggage Room will be right next to the elevator!

Open your Guest Area (check your email for the check-in link).

Tap “Open Doors.”

Scroll to find the “Luggage Room” key.

Swipe right (yes, like that) 👉

Once you see a green light and hear a click, push the door open and you’re in.

Where can I park my car?

We don’t have designated parking spots at Bob W Mitte, but street parking and several paid parking options are available nearby.

Environmental Zone Requirements 🌍
Bob W Mitte is located within Berlin’s low-emission zone. To drive or park here, your car must display a green environmental sticker (Feinstaubplakette). Without it, you may be fined around €100.

How to check-in?

Step 1: Complete Your Online Check-In
Head to our secure check-in portal here: https://reception.bobw.co/check-in

You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.



Find your booking number
You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

“Booking/confirmation number”

“Booking ID”

“Reservation number”

Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉



Get your door code
Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!



Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!

Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

Whilst Staying

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
‍
No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
‍
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.
‍
No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
‍
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.
‍
Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.
‍
You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
