Your furry friends are very welcome at Bob W. Bob loves pets. Most pet stays require a one-time fee when booking. There's no charge for service animals. We allow one large pet (up to 45kg) or two small pets (up to 23kg each) per apartment.

Guests are able to store store their luggage from 5 AM on the day of check-in until 11 PM on the day of checkout. You can find access instructions in the guest area on your phone. 

Want to get to your space a little sooner or spend an extra hour in bed on your last morning? You can add early check-in or late checkout in the guest area too. 

Add breakfast to your booking for an extra fee at a local Bob-approved partner. Handpicked by our team, this is where you'll meet the neighbourhood locals. An easy option especially when you’re settling in on the first morning.

Finding the entrance
Look for the building at number 33 on Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse. The main entrance is clearly visible. Your door code, found in your Guest Area, will get you inside.

Just landed in Berlin and heading to Bob W Alexanderplatz? Welcome! Berlin Brandenburg Airport (ATH) is about 25 km away, and you've got a few great options to get to us.

Welcome Pickups
The easiest way is with a Bob-Approved transfer from our partner Welcome Pickups. They'll meet you at the airport and take you straight to Bob W. Plus they'll be keeping an eye on the live updates so if your flight is delayed, no stress! 

By Taxi or Ride-hailing
You can grab a taxi from the designated queue at the arrivals exit. Alternatively, you can use a ride-hailing app like Uber or FreeNow for your convenience.

By Train 🚇
The train is another great option, also taking about 50 minutes.

• From the airport, take the S9 S-Bahn towards Spandau.
• Stay on board, no changes needed, and get off at Alexanderplatz station.
• From Alexanderplatz station, it’s less than a 10-minute walk to us. Welcome!

Complete your online check-In

• Head to our secure check-in portal here: https://reception.bobw.co/check-in
• You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.
  

Find your booking number

• You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:
  • “Booking/confirmation number”
  • “Booking ID”
  • “Reservation number”
• Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉
  

Get your door code

Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!

Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?

• Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here. 
• If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!

Didn’t get a confirmation email?

• Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.
• We always send your check-in info by email—and often via SMS or WhatsApp too. 
• Still nothing? Just reach out and we’ll sort it 👍
  

At Bob W Berlin Alexanderplatz, luggage storage is available for you to use:

• On the day of check-in from 5 AM
• On the day of check-out until 11 PM

Access

• Open your Guest Area (check your email for the check-in link).
• Tap “Open Doors.”
• Scroll to find the “Luggage Room” key.
• Swipe right (yes, like that) 👉
• Once you see a green light and hear a click, push the door open and you’re in.

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated, and no one wants that!

• Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am daily.
• No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.
• No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!
• Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
• No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
• No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that'd be a major bummer.
• No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
• Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you'll be charged.
• Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.
• Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.
• You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It's Bob's responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
