Just landed in Athens and heading to Bob W Stadiou? Welcome! Athens International Airport (ATH) is about 34 km away, and you've got a few great options to get to us.

By Taxi or Ride-hailing
This is the easiest and most direct option. You can grab a taxi from the designated queue at the arrivals exit. Alternatively, you can use a ride-hailing app like Uber or FreeNow for your convenience.

By Bus 🚌
A budget-friendly option that takes about 60 minutes.

• Route: Look for the Express Bus X95 heading to Syntagma Square. The bus runs 24/7.
• At the Airport: You can catch the bus from the designated area at the arrivals level, between Exits 4 and 5. Buses usually leave every 30-60 minutes.
• Final Step: Once you arrive at Syntagma Square, change to Metro Line 2 (the Red Line) heading towards Anthoupoli. Get off at Omonia Station, then it's about a 3-minute walk to Bob W Athens Stadiou. Just pop our address into your map app for walking directions!

By Metro 🚇
The metro is another great option, also taking about 60 minutes.

• From the airport, take the Metro Line 3 (the Blue Line) towards Dimotiko Theatro.
• At Syntagma station, change to Line 2 (the Red Line) heading towards Anthoupoli.
• Go two stops and get off at Omonia Station.
• From Omonia Station, it's just a 3-minute walk to us. Welcome!

At Bob W Athens Stadiou, we don’t have private parking, but here are a couple of secure and nearby options to make city parking easier. Street parking is available nearby, but it can be tricky. Some areas require hourly payments, and misreading the signage could mean a fine, so proceed with caution. If you’d rather play it safe, here are two nearby car park options we recommend:

Bob's Tips for Parking in Athens 💡

• Leaving keys: Don't be surprised if a garage (like Paradise Parking) asks for your keys – it helps them manage space.
• Street sign savvy: If you opt for street parking, really take a moment to understand the local signs.
• Athens on foot/metro: Once your car is parked, Athens is wonderfully walkable, and the Metro is excellent for exploring further afield!
• Driving zones: Be aware of any central Athens driving restrictions or access regulations (like the "Daktylios" ring) – check local info, especially if you have a non-Greek license plate.

Complete your online check-In

• Head to our secure check-in portal here: https://reception.bobw.co/check-in
• You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.
  

Find your booking number

• You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:
  • “Booking/confirmation number”
  • “Booking ID”
  • “Reservation number”
• Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉
  

Get your door code

Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!

Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?

• Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here. 
• If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!

Didn’t get a confirmation email?

• Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.
• We always send your check-in info by email—and often via SMS or WhatsApp too.

At Bob W Athens Stadiou, the luggage room is located on the ground floor and is available for you to use:

• On the day of check-in from 5:00 AM
• On the day of check-out until 11:00 PM

Access

• Open your Guest Area (check your email for the check-in link).
• Tap “Open Doors.”
• Scroll to find the “Luggage Room” key.
• Swipe right (yes, like that) 👉
• Once you see a green light and hear a click, push the door open and you’re in.

There’s also a first aid kit on the right wall—hopefully you won’t need it, but it’s there just in case.

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.

No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
‍
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.
‍
No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
‍
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.

Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.

You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
