Bob W is a mid-century, modernism-style property that’s typical of Athens. Renovated in 2019, it’s a nod towards an optimistic, post-war era, when architects embraced modern materials and a new design language.

Behind the door, a local designer drew inspiration from the neighbourhood’s rich cultural heritage. Traditional Greek styling steered the moodboard. Simple, refined furniture and a less-is-more approach against cool stone and olive tones. It’s a cohesive blend of modern and classical, with Eolou as the perfect muse.

Most pet stays require a one-time fee when booking. There's no charge for service animals.

We allow one large pet (up to 45kg) or two small pets (up to 23kg each) per apartment.

Add optional breakfast to your booking for an extra fee. You’ll get a traditional breakfast at Folk Restaurant. It's neighbourhood approved, you'll find the locals here. A great, easy option especially when you’re still settling in on the first morning. 

Shake off the travel stiffness with our local gym partner, Body Fitness Club. Just in case exploring the neighbourhood isn't enough to tire you out.

Just landed at Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos - ATH) and heading to Bob W Eolou? Welcome! The airport is about 34 km away, and you've got a few great options to get to us.



By Taxi or Ride-hailing
This is the easiest and most direct option. You can grab a taxi from the designated queue at the arrivals exit. Alternatively, you can use a ride-hailing app like Uber or FreeNow for your convenience.


By Metro (Recommended) 🚇
The metro is a fantastic and direct way to get to us, as our property is located just off the Monastiraki Metro station.

Route: From the airport, take the Metro Line 3 (the Blue Line) heading towards 'Dimotiko Theatro'. Get off at Monastiraki Station. Bob W Eolou is just a short walk from there.

Tickets: You must buy your ticket at the machines or ticket counter at the airport's metro station before boarding.

Schedule: Trains from the airport usually run every 36 minutes, from early morning (around 05:30) until just after midnight (around 00:25). For the latest schedule, you can check the official Stasy website.

By Bus 🚌
You can also take the express bus.

Route: Take the Bus X95 from the airport to its final stop, Syntagma Square.

Final Step: From Syntagma Square, you have two choices: either take the Metro one stop (on the Blue Line) to Monastiraki, or enjoy a 10-minute walk towards the pedestrian street of Aiolou to reach us.

Finding the Entrance
Look for the building at number 2 on Vissis street, right near the corner of the pedestrianised Aiolou street. The main entrance is clearly visible. Your door code, found in your Guest Area, will get you inside.

At Bob W Eolou Athens, the luggage room is located on the ground floor and is available for you to use:

On the day of check-in from 5:00 AM

On the day of check-out until 11:00 PM

Open your Guest Area (check your email for the check-in link).

Tap “Open Doors.”

Scroll to find the “Luggage Room” key.

Bob W Eolou Athens is located right on the corner of Aiolou and Vissis, which are lively pedestrian streets. This means parking directly at our building isn't an option, but we've got you covered for getting your luggage in and finding a cozy spot for your car.



Important: Luggage Drop-Off Info
You can make a quick 10-minute stop on the pedestrian street to unload your luggage and get settled. Please do this during these windows:

Morning: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM

You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.



Find your booking number
You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

“Booking/confirmation number”

“Booking ID”

“Reservation number”

Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉



Get your door code
Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!



Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!



Didn’t get a confirmation email?
Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

We always send your check-in info by email—and often via SMS or WhatsApp too. Still nothing? Just reach out and we’ll sort it 👍

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
‍
No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
‍
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.

No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
‍
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.

Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.

You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
