The two new properties - Bob W Valencia Patraix and Bob W Valencia Turia - mark its first entry into the city. Valencia’s mix of international leisure, business and longer-stay demand, combined with relatively limited seasonality and strong B2B potential, makes it a natural fit for Bob W.

Located at Gaspar Aguilar 106, Bob W Valencia Patraix is scheduled to open in September 2026. 

The property comprises of 62 spacious four-person studios, a large communal space with co-working facilities, shared kitchen, and a rooftop terrace sun lounge.

Developed by Grupo Collado, the building has been designed to meet high environmental performance standards. Solar panels and enhanced thermal insulation are intended to reduce operational energy demand. Landscaped garden areas at ground-floor level will introduce greenery, shade and natural cooling, helping to create a more comfortable environment for guests and the surrounding streetscape. 

Located in the residential Patraix neighbourhood, the property will offer guests an authentic local setting close to Mercat de Patraix, independent shops, bakeries and restaurants. Its location will enable Bob W to serve both leisure travellers and demand generated by two nearby hospitals. 

Patraix and Safranar metro stations are both within a ten-minute walk, while Joaquín Sorolla railway station can be reached on foot in approximately 20 minutes. 

Located at Pepita 21 in La Saïdia, Bob W Valencia Turia is scheduled to open in Q2 2027. The approximately 900 sqm property will comprise 20 self-contained one-bedroom apartments, as well as a lounge and rooftop terrace.

Designed by Valencia-based Nihil Estudio, the property forms part of a wider multi-asset partnership between Bob W and the private family office behind the project. Both parties are exploring further opportunities, including future openings in Valencia and Alicante.

Located in central Valencia, the property is five minutes from the Turia Gardens and close to Valencia’s Old Town, La Saïdia and Viveros Gardens. This location offers convenient access to the city’s cultural attractions, restaurants and surrounding neighbourhoods.

Spain has been part of Bob W’s European network since 2022, when it entered Madrid, and the Valencia signings mark the next stage of that growth following the appointment of Badis Boudjakdji as Director of Iberian Expansion. 

Both properties have been secured through long-term leases, with development and fit-out led by the owners and Bob W bringing its brand, design input, technology, distribution, guest experience and long-term operating commitment. The agreements reflect the flexibility of Bob W’s real estate platform, which spans conversions, adaptive reuse and ground-up developments, and allows it to work with family offices, institutional investors, developers and other owners across different asset types and stages of development.
