Your furry friends are very welcome at Bob W Helsinki Kaarti. Bob loves pets.

Most pet stays require a one-time fee when booking. There's no charge for service animals.

We allow one large pet (up to 45kg) or two small pets (up to 23kg each) per apartment.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Making your way to Bob W Tartu Old Town? Welcome! Most of our international guests arrive via Tallinn Airport (TLL). Here’s the best way to get from Tallinn to us in Tartu.

Getting from Tallinn Airport (TLL) to Tartu 🚌
The most convenient way to travel between Tallinn Airport and Tartu is by a direct intercity bus.

We recommend using Lux Express. Their comfortable buses stop directly at the Tallinn Airport ('Tallinna lennujaam') on their way to Tartu. You can book your tickets in advance on their website: luxexpress.eu. The journey takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.

From Tartu Bus Station to Bob W Tartu Old Town
Once your Lux Express bus arrives at the Tartu bus station, you're very close! You have two easy options for the final leg of your journey:

On Foot Enjoy a pleasant 17-minute walk through the city to get to us. Just pop our address into your map app for the scenic route.

We’ll be real with you — there’s no luggage room at Bob W Tartu Old Town. But don’t worry, Bob’s still got some solid options to keep your hands free while you explore.

Where can I park my car?

While Bob W Tartu Old Town does not have guest parking spots, no sweat! You've got options right out front or on the nearby streets, plus some tips for cheaper spots.

Street Parking Right Around Bob W Tartu Old Town (Zone A15)
Where: You can often find spots on Lai Street (there's a parking meter right in front of the building) or Jaani Street. These are part of Tartu's Zone A15.

Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (11:00-17:00)

Understanding Tartu's Parking Zones 💡
Tartu has a few parking zones, which is good to know:
Zone A: €3 per hour (like the streets around us). First 15 mins free if you mark your start time.
Zone B: €1.50 per hour. First 90 mins free if you mark your start time.
Zone C: €0.20 per hour. First 15 mins free if you mark your start time.

How to Pay for Parking
Mobile Apps (Easiest):
Tartu city recommends: Pargi.ee, Flowbird, Autlo, Snabb.
There's also Parkimine.ee (mainly for Tartu parking info – double-check its Zone A payment options).
Just download your chosen app, select your zone, vehicle details, and you're golden!

SMS to 1902 (Old School):
Text your vehicle number, parking zone, and any free minutes you're claiming.
Example for 15 free mins in Zone A: 123ABC A 15
Example for Zone A if free time is up/not used: 123ABC A
To End Parking: Call 1903.
Heads up: SMS parking often ends automatically after 4 hours. If you need more time, just send a new text to start a new session.

Fortuuna tänav 3a
Väike-Turu tänav 6 (Coordinates: 58.377636, 26.734731) – Watch out! One side is for buses, the other for cars.
Vaksali tänav 12b – 24h free parking, but you must get a ticket from the ticket machine and display it.

How to check-in?

Step 1: Complete Your Online Check-In
Head to our secure check-in portal here: https://reception.bobw.co/check-in

You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.

Find your booking number
You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

“Booking/confirmation number”
“Booking ID”
“Reservation number”
Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉

Get your door code
Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!

Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!

Didn’t get a confirmation email?
Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

Bitte lies Bobs Hausregeln aufmerksam durch. Bei Verstößen wird eine Strafgebühr fällig und/oder deine Buchung wird beendet – und das will niemand!
Nimm Rücksicht auf deine Nachbarn. Du teilst dir das Gebäude mit anderen Gästen und Bewohnern. Achte auf deine Lautstärke und halte Ordnung. Die Ruhezeiten sind täglich von 22:00 bis 8:00 Uhr.

Keine Partys oder Veranstaltungen, die andere Gäste stören könnten. Wir wissen, Partys machen Spaß, aber andere brauchen auch ihre Ruhe.

Keine Haustiere, sofern dies nicht vorab schriftlich von Bob W bestätigt wurde. Melde dich einfach bei Fragen!
‍
Schuhe aus in der Wohnung. Das reduziert nicht nur den Lärm für deine Nachbarn, sondern hält das Apartment auch sauber und in gutem Zustand.
‍
Rauchen verboten, auch auf Balkonen. Bitte nutze die gekennzeichneten Raucherbereiche im Freien.
‍
Keine Drogen oder illegalen Substanzen. Haben wir Grund zur Annahme, dass dies während oder nach deinem Aufenthalt der Fall ist, melden wir es den örtlichen Behörden – und das wäre echt ärgerlich.

Kein Müll in den Fluren. In deinem Apartment findest du Hinweise zur Müllentsorgung und zum Recycling.
‍
Nimm Rücksicht auf unser Reinigungsteam. Auch wenn jedes Apartment nach dem Check-out gründlich gereinigt wird, räum bitte hinter dir auf und hinterlass alles mit gesundem Menschenverstand. Wenn du ein großes Chaos hinterlässt, das zusätzlichen Reinigungsaufwand verursacht, stellen wir dir das in Rechnung.

Halte dich an deine Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten. Kurzfristige Änderungen wirken sich auf unser Reinigungsteam und andere Gäste aus.

Melde uns mögliche Schäden, die dir während deines Aufenthalts im Apartment auffallen, damit Bob sie beheben kann.

Du haftest stets in vollem Umfang für Schäden, die durch dich, deine Gäste oder Haustiere verursacht werden. Gesetzesverstöße oder betrügerische Aktivitäten führen zur sofortigen Beendigung deiner Buchung und werden der örtlichen Polizei zur weiteren Untersuchung gemeldet. Bob ist dafür verantwortlich, dass alle Gäste sicher sind und eine gute Zeit haben! Danke für dein Verständnis und deine Unterstützung.
