Pets

Your furry friends are very welcome at Bob W Bonn Zentrum. Bob loves pets.

Most pet stays require a one-time fee when booking. There's no charge for service animals.

We allow one large pet (up to 45kg) or two small pets (up to 23kg each) per apartment.

Breakfast, Bob-Approved

Add optional breakfast to your booking for an extra fee. You’ll get a traditional breakfast at Lighthouse Cafe {https://www.lighthousecafe.de/galerie/}. It's neighbourhood approved, you'll find the locals here. A great, easy option especially when you’re still settling in on the first morning.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Flying in to visit Bob W Beethoven in Bonn? Welcome! Depending on which airport you arrive at, Cologne Bonn (CGN) or Düsseldorf (DUS), here are the best ways to get to us.


From Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN) ✈️
This is the closest airport to Bonn.

By Public Transport This is usually an efficient and affordable option.

From the airport train station, take the S-Bahn S19 train towards Au(Sieg).

Get off at Siegburg/Bonn station.

Change to the tram line 66 and get off at the stop 'Bertha-Von-Suttner-Pl./Beethovenhaus'.

From there, it’s just a quick 3-minute walk to Bob W Beethoven.

By Taxi For a direct ride, you can find taxis waiting at the official taxi station right outside the airport terminals.


From Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) ✈️
The journey from Düsseldorf is a bit longer but straightforward.

By Public Transport

At Düsseldorf Airport, take the SkyTrain shuttle to the main airport train station ('Düsseldorf Flughafen').

From there, take a direct regional train (like RE1 or RE5) or an Intercity (IC/ICE) train towards Cologne/Koblenz, getting off at Bonn Hauptbahnhof (Bonn Central Station).

From Bonn Hauptbahnhof, it's about a 10-minute walk to Bob W Beethoven. Just pop our address into your map app for the final steps.

By Taxi Taxis are available at the airport, but be aware that a taxi ride from Düsseldorf to Bonn will be significantly more expensive than from Cologne Bonn Airport.

Finding the Entrance
Look for the building at number 7 on Bonngasse street.


Important: Please remember that Bonngasse is in a pedestrian zone with vehicle access restrictions. You will likely need to park in a nearby garage and walk the final short distance to our entrance. Your door codes, found in your Guest Area, will get you inside.

Where can I store my luggage?

At Bob W Beethoven, the luggage lockers are located on the 1st floor and are available for you to use:

On the day of check-in from 5:00 AM

On the day of check-out until 11:00 PM


How to access it:
Open your Guest Area (check your email for the check-in link).

Tap “Open Doors.”

Find the “Building” code to enter.

Head past reception and walk towards apartment 501

You’ll spot the lockers on the right, next to the staircase


Using the lockers:
Find an empty locker

Close the locker and enter your 4-digit code twice to lock it

To unlock, simply enter the code once


Got bulky bags? 🎒 If your items don’t fit in the locker, you can leave them in the reception area behind the glass doors. Just keep in mind that this space is not monitored and Bob can’t be responsible for any items left there.

How to check-in?

Step 1: Complete Your Online Check-In
Head to our secure check-in portal here: https://reception.bobw.co/check-in

You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.



Find your booking number
You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

“Booking/confirmation number”

“Booking ID”

“Reservation number”

Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉



Get your door code
Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!



Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!

Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

We always send your check-in info by email—and often via SMS or WhatsApp too. Still nothing? Just reach out and we’ll sort it 👍

Whilst Staying

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!
‍
Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
‍
No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
‍
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.
‍
No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
‍
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.
‍
Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.
‍
You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
