    Kitchen

Feel right at home with a full kitchen. You’ll find everything you need to fine dine, right in your own studio. Bob’s kitchens are equipped with a fridge, combi-oven, microwave, fridge, sink & dishwasher. All the trimmings included, no need to pack your own frying pan.

    Bathroom

No awkward hallway dashes or shared facilities here. This room comes with its own en-suite shower — just you, good water pressure, and all the privacy you need to rinse off the day (or wake up properly). We’ve even stocked it with Bob’s favourite 19-69 Capri products, so you can lather up in luxury.

    Historic Character

Once a courthouse, now your hideaway. Built in 1777, the building still shows off its original beams and windows that stretch over three metres high. Staying here feels like stepping into Amsterdam’s history — with much comfier beds.

    Amsterdam Palette

Think dark wood, white stone, golden touches and a splash of bottle green. A mix that feels rooted in the city but still fresh and welcoming.

    Locally Crafted

    Collaboratively Designed

Bob teamed up with designer Ola Bryksy to shape interiors that respect the building’s past while feeling right at home in today’s Amsterdam. A thoughtful blend of heritage and modern comfort.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Just landed at Schiphol Airport (AMS) and heading to Bob W Amsterdam Oosterpark? Welcome! Here are the best ways to get to us.

    By Train (Recommended Option) 🚆
The train is the most convenient public transport option to get you close to Bob W Oosterpark.

Route: From Schiphol Airport, take a train heading towards Amsterdam Muiderpoort station. The journey takes about 22-30 minutes.

Tickets & Planning: You can buy a train ticket from the yellow NS ticket machines at Schiphol. We recommend planning your specific train journey on the 9292.nl or ns.nl websites for the latest schedules.

Final Step: Your apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Muiderpoort station. Just pop our address into your map app for the final directions.

    By Taxi or Ride-hailing
For a quick and direct journey, you can get a taxi at Schiphol's official taxi rank.

Location: Follow the signs and floor stickers from the terminal to find the taxi rank in front of Schiphol Plaza.

Fares: The fares are always displayed on the meter, so you know the price is fair.

As an alternative, you can also use the Bolt app to book a ride.

    A Note on Buses
While there are bus options, we don't recommend them from the airport as the train connection to Muiderpoort station is much more direct and convenient for reaching Bob W Oosterpark.

    Safe travels! ✨

    How to find us?

So you've made it to Amsterdam and you're ready to find us at Bob W Oosterpark! Here's our address and how to spot us.

    Our Address

    Find us on Google Maps

    Finding the Entrance
Look for the building at number 2 on Middenweg street. The main entrance is clearly visible from the street. Your door code from the Guest Area will get you in.

    Welcome to Amsterdam Oosterpark! ✨

Where can I store my luggage?

At Bob W Amsterdam Oosterpark, the luggage lockers are located upstairs, on the first floor, and are available for you to use:

On the day of check-in from 5:00 AM

On the day of check-out until 11:00 PM

    Using the lockers:
    Pick an empty locker

Follow the instructions on the locker doors

    Now go explore, hands-free 🙌

Where can I park my car?

At Bob W Amsterdam Oosterpark we do not have our own private parking.

But no worries, there's a good parking garage very close by with easy access:

    Nearby Parking
    My Way Parkeren Middenweg

Address: Middenweg 51, 1098 AC Amsterdam, Netherlands

    Hours: Open 24/7

Price (approx.): €3.50 per hour or €25 per day. (Rates can change, so always good to double-check!)

More Info & Booking: For the latest details and to see if you can pre-book, visit their official website: My Way Parkeren Middenweg

Bob's Tips for Amsterdam Parking 💡
Street Parking: Street parking is available in Amsterdam, but it can be quite expensive (especially closer to the centre, around €4.50 - €6.00+ per hour in areas like Oosterparkbuurt) and often has complex rules and payment systems (usually app-based or card at a meter – no cash!). Always check local signage very carefully for restrictions, times, and costs.

P+R (Park and Ride): For a potentially cheaper option if you don't mind parking further out, Amsterdam has excellent P+R facilities on the city outskirts. You park for a low daily rate (e.g., €6 or €13, depending on arrival time) and then take public transport into the city. You must follow specific P+R rules (like using public transport to/from the city centre) to get the discount. Search "P+R Amsterdam" on the City of Amsterdam's website for locations and detailed instructions.

Go Dutch! Amsterdam is famous for its bikes! Once your car is parked, exploring by bike or using the excellent public transport (trams, buses, metro) is often the easiest and most fun way to get around. Oosterpark itself is a beautiful spot for a stroll!

Need more advice or have other questions? Just send us a message – we're always happy to help you out!

    How to check-in?

Step 1: Complete Your Online Check-In
Head to our secure check-in portal here: https://reception.bobw.co/check-in

You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.

    Find your booking number
You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

    “Booking/confirmation number”

    “Booking ID”

    “Reservation number”

Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉

    Get your door code
Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!

Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!

    Didn’t get a confirmation email?
Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

We always send your check-in info by email—and often via SMS or WhatsApp too. Still nothing? Just reach out and we’ll sort it 👍

    Whilst Staying

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.

No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.

No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.

No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.

Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.

Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.

You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
