    How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

    Just landed at Schiphol Airport (AMS) and heading to Bob W Amsterdam Noord? Welcome! Here are the best ways to get to us.



    By Taxi or Ride-hailing
    For the most direct journey, you can get a taxi at Schiphol's official taxi rank, located in front of Schiphol Plaza. The fares are always displayed on the meter, so you'll never pay too much.

    Alternatively, you can use the Bolt app to book a ride.


    By Train & Ferry (The Scenic Route!) ⛴️
    This is a great option to see a bit of the city on your way here.

    Train to the City: At Schiphol, buy a train ticket to Amsterdam Centraal station from one of the yellow ticket machines (NS). The train ride takes about 20-30 minutes.

    Free Ferry to Noord: From the back of Amsterdam Centraal station, take one of the free GVB ferries across the water to Amsterdam Noord. You can take either the F4 ferry (to NDSM) or the F3 ferry (to Buiksloterweg).

    Walk to Bob W: From either ferry station in Noord, it's a 15-20 minute walk to our building. Just pop our address into your map app for the final walking directions.

    By Train & Metro 
    This is another efficient public transport option.

    Train to the City: First, take the train from Schiphol to Amsterdam Centraal station.

    Metro to Noord: From Amsterdam Centraal, take the Metro Line 52 (North-South Line) one stop to Noorderpark station or two stops to Noord station. Check your map app to see which station is closer to Bob W Noord.

    Walk to Bob W: From the metro station, it's a short walk to our building.

    Our location consists of two separate buildings, so it's important to know which one your apartment is in.

    At Bob W Amsterdam Noord, the luggage room with lockers is located on the basement floor (-1 floor) and is available for you to use:

    On the day of check-in from 5:00 AM

    On the day of check-out until 11:00 PM


    How to access it:
    Open your Guest Area (check your email for the check-in link).

    Tap “Open Doors.”

    Scroll to find the “Luggage Room” key.

    Enter the code on the pin pad.


    Using the lockers:

    Where can I park my car?

    We offer 20 private parking spots plus 1 accessible spot, available for €20/day. The parking garage is located underground, below building 5.



    How to Book Your Parking Spot
    You can reserve a spot for our on-site indoor parking in two easy ways:

    During your online check-in process.

    At any time from your Guest Area, under the 'Extras' section.

    Payment is collected at the time you book the parking spot, and please note that it is a non-refundable charge. Parking can be booked for the full duration of your reservation.

    What happens after I book? Once your purchase is complete, all the necessary information, including your assigned parking spot number and detailed instructions, will appear in your Guest Area.

    Why can't I see the option to book parking? If you don't see parking available in your Guest Area or during check-in, it simply means all of our spots are fully booked for your dates.


    Electric car charging 
    Charging stations are available — just swipe your charging card. You’ll pay for charging separately.

    You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.



    Find your booking number
    You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

    “Booking/confirmation number”

    “Booking ID”

    “Reservation number”

    Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉



    Get your door code
    Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!



    Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
    Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

    If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!



    Didn’t get a confirmation email?
    Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

    We always send your check-in info by email—and often via SMS or WhatsApp too. Still nothing? Just reach out and we’ll sort it 👍

    Whilst Staying

    Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
    Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

    No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

    No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

    Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.

    No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.

    No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.

    No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.

    Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

    Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.

    Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.

    You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
