A furnished studio apartment with Scandinavian style and a fully equipped open layout kitchen. Scandi apartments have light design and plenty of natural light. Scandi offers comfort and convenience for everyday living. Get the practical things like a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast WiFi, 24/7 support, and regular professional cleaning, and fun stuff like a smart TV. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months. 

The apartment features a king-size bed. Each apartment is professionally cleaned to our 80-step ‘Ridiculously Clean’ standard before you arrive. It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out.

The Building

This remarkable Jugendstil building in Ullanlinna has been meticulously renovated.

Our Concierge Lobby is located on the ground floor along with a lift.

We’re here for you in at Concierge Lobby weekdays between 9 AM - 5 PM. Access to the apartments is via a personal door code that is provided in the Guest Area on your phone. Outside office hours when our Lobby is closed, you can reach us through our 24/7 service phone.

Bob W Koti Ullanlinna is located right in the centre of Helsinki. The location is just a few minutes away by foot from the city’s most popular attractions, such as Helsinki Central Railway Station, Stockmann department store, the Market Square and Esplanade Park. The trendy Ullanlinna district has stylish cafés and restaurants, small design boutiques, and art galleries. The popular Design Museum is across the street.
