The  space

This two-bedroom suite has everything you  need to live, work and play. Get the practical things like a kitchenette,  fast WiFi, 24/7 support, regular professional cleaning, and fun stuff like a  smart TV. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months.

The suite features two 140 cm-wide beds; one  bed is located in the main room with the kitchenette, and the other is  located in a separate bedroom. The suite has two full bathrooms, each with a  toilet and shower. Each space is professionally cleaned to our 63-step  ‘Ridiculously Clean’ standard before you arrive. It is possible to request  early check-in and late check-out.

Interior design

Sleek, modern interiors are softened by touches of jewel-toned velvet and  warmed by natural wood tones. Bathrooms feature statement stone vessel sinks,  flanked by dark stone-inspired tile. Integrated LED lighting adds a  futuristic touch, making this space an oasis in bustling Athens.

Bob is all for staying active, so this space includes yoga  mats and online access to Yogaia yoga studio. Bob is also all for a tasty brekkie; you have the option to pre-purchase breakfast at Bob’s fave neighbourhood  cafes with an exclusive discount.

The  building

This newly constructed property near the  Athenian Trilogy (The University of Athens, the Academy, and the National  Library) was freshly built in 2019. This  suite is located between the ground and first floor and is accessible by  lift. This is a contactless property, which means there’s no front desk. You  can access both the building and your space  with a convenient door code, and our super-responsive online support team is  here for you day and night.

Akadimia  is a vibrant neighbourhood located in the heart of Athens. Known for its rich  history and cultural heritage, the area is home to the National and Kapodistrian  University of Athens, giving it a youthful and energetic atmosphere.
