The Apartment

This newly renovated one-bedroom apartment has everything you need to live, work and play. Get the practical things like a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast WiFi, 24/7 support, and regular professional cleaning, and fun stuff like a instant camera, retro video game console and smart TV. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months.

The bedroom features a king-size bed. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional two people. In some apartments, the bedroom is located upstairs. Views look either towards the rear of the building and a small courtyard or out the front of the building towards Commercial Street.

Each apartment is professionally cleaned to our 63-step ‘Ridiculously Clean’ standard before you arrive. It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out. Please note that this historic property does not have a lift.

The interior is created by London-based designer Camilo Torres. The design is inspired by the vibrancy and multiculturalism of the Spitalfields neighbourhood. This apartment features locally-made furniture and decor.

The Building

Commercial House, as this building is known, in located just down the street from Spitalfields Market and was freshly renovated in 2022. Apartments are located on the first, second and third floors and are only accessible by stairs. This is a contactless property, which means there’s no front desk. You can access both the building and your apartment with a convenient door code, and our super-responsive online support team is here for you day and night.

Spitalfields is a multicultural melting pot in the heart of London. In the shadow of The City of London’s iconic skyscrapers, you’ll find Spitalfields Market, Brick Lane’s curry houses and vintage shops, and colourful street art. Spitalfields is easily accessible via transport hubs like Liverpool Street Station and Aldgate, and lots of attractions are within walking distance, including trendy Shoreditch, the Tower of London, and Tower Bridge.
