The modern building 

Bob W’s real estate team is constantly seeking master lease and management agreement opportunities from partners who share their quality and environmental standards. For that reason, we're thrilled to have secured this building on Via Privata del Don.

The property is a recently constructed and self-contained aparthotel property spanning five floors consisting of spacious studios and one-bedroom apartments wholly operated by Bob W.
