A historic building in a vibrant neighbourhood, Bob W is an avant-garde property that was built in 1911 and renovated in 2018. Merging art with life, it was part of an architectural movement that challenges norms and pushes for change.

Gerdi Arst designed the interior, drawing inspiration from Avangard’s past. Apartments are a mix of exposed brick and arched windows — for a cool industrial vibe that feels a world away from the glossy lobby.

Your furry friends are very welcome at Bob W Tallinn Kesklinn. 

Most pet stays require a one-time fee when booking. There's no charge for service animals.

We allow one large pet (up to 45kg) or two small pets (up to 23kg each) per apartment.

Breakfast, Bob-Approved

Add optional breakfast to your booking for an extra fee. You’ll get a traditional breakfast at Saiapalee Tüümian or Cafe-restaurant Werner. It's neighbourhood approved, you'll find the locals here. A great, easy option especially when you’re still settling in on the first morning.

Shake off the travel stiffness with our in-house gym. Just in case exploring the neighbourhood isn't enough to tire you out.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Just landed in Tallinn and heading to Bob W Tallinn City Centre - Avangard? Welcome! Tallinn Airport (TLL) is very close to the city centre, and you've got a couple of quick options to get to us.

By Bus 🚌
This is a super easy and budget-friendly option.
From the airport terminal, walk to the 'Lennujaam' bus stop.
Take bus number 2 (heading towards 'Balti jaam').
Get off at the 'Keskturg' stop.

From there, it’s about a 14-minute walk to Bob W Tallinn City Centre - Avangard. You can pop our address into your map app for the final walking directions.

By Taxi or Ride-hailing
For the most direct route, you can use one of Tallinn's popular ride-hailing apps. You can usually find the pickup points just outside the arrivals hall. Recommended apps include:

Finding the Entrance
Look for the building at number 40 on Narva street. The main entrance is clearly visible from the street. Your door code from the Guest Area will get you in.

Where can I store my luggage?

At Bob W Tallinn City Centre - Avangard, the luggage room is located on the basement floor and is available for you to use:

On the day of check-in from 5:00 AM
On the day of check-out until 11:00 PM

How to access it:
Take the stairs down to the basement level (note: elevator doesn’t go there).

Enter your "Building" code at the hallway door.

Once in the basement, walk until you see the bicycle storage unit — then turn right (look for the sign: “Bob W Luggage Room”).

Take the immediate left into the luggage room – it’s Storage Room #13.

Open your Guest Area.

Tap “Open Doors” and scroll to find the "Luggage Room" for the padlock code.

Now go explore, hands-free 🙌

Bob does not recommend leaving your valuable personal items there.

How to check-in?

Step 1: Complete Your Online Check-In
Head to our secure check-in portal here: https://reception.bobw.co/check-in

You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.

Find your booking number
You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

“Booking/confirmation number”
“Booking ID”
“Reservation number”
Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉

Get your door code
Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!

Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!

Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

We always send your check-in info by email—and often via SMS or WhatsApp too. Still nothing? Just reach out and we’ll sort it 👍

Whilst Staying

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
‍
No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
‍
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.

No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
‍
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.

Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.

You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
