This 1-bedroom apartment has everything you need to live, work and play. Get the practical things like a fully equipped kitchen, in-house gym, fast WiFi, 24/7 support, and regular professional cleaning, and fun stuff like a rooftop terrace and smart TV. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed. Some bedrooms are separated from the apartment by a glass wall and door and curtains. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. Views look toward the building’s inner courtyard. Each apartment is professionally cleaned to our 63-step ‘Ridiculously Clean’ standard before you arrive. It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out.

Custom Tallinn Interior Design
The interior is designed by Gerdi Arst, who drew inspiration from the dignified architecture and history of the Avangard building. This apartment is decked out with furniture designed and made in Estonia from brands like Wendre and Ermatiko.

The Building

This avant-garde property in central Tallinn was built in 1911 and freshly renovated in 2018. The building has a lift, but there are a few stairs to enter the building and some floors. This is a contactless property, which means there’s no front desk. You can access both the building and your apartment with a convenient door code, and our super-responsive online support team is here for you day and night.

The Neighbourhood

If you want to be in the heart of the city and within walking distance to a huge number of Tallinn’s attractions and other neighbourhoods, then this location is perfect for you. Bob W Avangard is located in the Tallinn City Centre, across the street from Tallinn University and just a few minutes’ walk to Kadriorg park and palace, the seaside promenade, and the harbour. There is a tram stop right outside that will bring you to the Old Town and Telliskivi Creative City in just a few stops with connections to the airport and popular shopping centres as well.
