This studio apartment has everything you need to live, work and play. Get the practical things like a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast WiFi, 24/7 support, and regular professional cleaning, and fun stuff like a terrace (balcony), retro game console and instant camera. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months. 

The apartment features a wide and comfy bunk bed. Views look towards Telliskivi Creative City. Each apartment is professionally cleaned to our 63-step ‘Ridiculously Clean’ standard before you arrive. It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out.

It’s decked out with furniture designed and made in Estonia from brands like Unolik and Narma and custom pieces from artists Raili Keiv, QBA, Meru, and Prints by TM. Get a dreamy nights’ sleep on premium Matri beds, which are made in Estonia.

‍This new, modern building has elevators, a stylish foyer and underground parking (available for a fee). This is a contactless property, which means there’s no front desk. You can access both the building and your apartment with a convenient door code, and our super-responsive online support team is here for you day and night.  ‍

The Neighbourhood
This apartment is located in central Tallinn's trendiest neighbourhood: Telliskivi. This former brick factory complex and its surroundings are now home to startup incubators, artists’ studios, design shops, and dozens of restaurants, cafes and bars. You are just 1 minute’s walk from the centre of Telliskivi, 8 minutes from the Balti Jaam Market and public transport hub, and less than 15 minutes from the Old Town.
