A Few Tips Before You Start
Check Real-Time Routes: Public transport in London can have delays or changes. We highly recommend using an app like CityMapper for the most accurate, real-time routes and timings on the day you travel.
Taxis vs. Shuttles: A black cab or Uber from distant airports can be very expensive (£100-£200+) and take 1-2+ hours in traffic. For a potentially cheaper option, you can search online for a pre-booked 'London Airport Shuttle Service'.
From Heathrow Airport (LHR) ✈️
Take the Heathrow Express train to Paddington Station. Change to the London Underground and take the southbound Bakerloo line to Embankment. From there, change to the eastbound Circle or District line to Mansion House. It's a 3-minute walk from the station.
From Gatwick Airport (LGW) ✈️
The most direct route is to take a Thameslink train from the airport to City Thameslink station. From there, it's just a 10-minute walk to our building.
From Stansted Airport (STN) ✈️
Take the Stansted Express train to Liverpool Street Station. Change to the London Underground and take the westbound Central line to Bank Station. From there, it's a 7-minute walk.
From Luton Airport (LTN) ✈️
From Luton Airport Parkway station, take a Thameslink train to City Thameslink station. From there, it's an 11-minute walk.
From London City Airport (LCY) ✈️

Look for the building at number 75 Watling St. The main entrance is clearly visible from the street. Your door code, found in your Guest Area, will get you inside.

Building A, 75 Watling Street: 4 lockers on the Ground Floor, just to the right of the entrance.
Building B,1–4 Groveland Court: 4 lockers on the 1st Floor, opposite the lift.

Lockers are for short-term use only— use them on the morning of arrival and/or the afternoon of departure.
No hazardous or perishable should be stored.

You can choose any Stasher location in London – near our property, a station or wherever suits your plans best.

Bob's Tips for Parking in London 💡
ULEZ is London-Wide! The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) covers ALL London boroughs. This means most vehicles need to meet specific emission standards to avoid a daily charge. Check your vehicle's status on the Transport for London (TfL) website before you travel. This applies 24/7.
Congestion Charge Zone (CCZ): Bob W St Paul's is within the Congestion Charge Zone. So, if you're driving there during charging hours, the daily CCZ fee will apply on top of any ULEZ charge and parking costs.
Tube & Bus It? St Paul's has its own Tube station (Central Line) and is fantastically served by numerous bus routes. Once your car is parked, this is usually the easiest, quickest, and cheapest way to explore London.

Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.
No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.
Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.
Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.
You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
