No awkward hallway dashes or shared facilities here. This room comes with its own en-suite shower — just you, good water pressure, and all the privacy you need to rinse off the day (or wake up properly). We’ve even stocked it with Bob’s favourite 19-69 Capri products, so you can lather up in luxury.

All our rooms come with a Smart TV, so you can keep up with the local news or pick up exactly where you left off in your latest binge. Whether you’re casting from your phone or logging in to your go-to app, consider your cosy night in sorted.

Bob went for natural wood accents, woven textures, and a soft colour palette. Put pre or post-flight chaos to bed. All is calm, here.

Local artwork and upcycled finds make the room feel uniquely local. The perfect gateway in or out of Munich.

This traditional Bavarian property was freshly renovated in 2022. The property still emulates chalets found in local villages — but is just minutes from the centre of town.

By Bus 🚌
This is a budget-friendly option involving a two-bus journey.

From Munich Airport, find the bus stop for line 635. This is often located near Parking Area P44 / LabCampus. Take this bus towards Freising.

Get off at Freising Station ('Freising Bahnhof').

At the station, change to bus number 630.

Take this bus to the 'Freising, Vimystraße' stop.

From the Vimystraße stop, it's just a 4-minute walk to Bob W Peterhof.

By Taxi
For the most direct route, you can find taxis waiting at the official taxi stands located just outside the terminals at the airport. You can also use ride-hailing apps like Uber or Bolt.

Finding the Entrance
Look for the building at number 36 on Mainburger Straße street. The main entrance is clearly visible from the street. Your access codes, found in your Guest Area, will get you inside.

The closest place to store your bags would be Munich Airport, which offers luggage services. It’s a good stop if you’re arriving early or leaving later in the day ✈️

Yes! We have two of our own parking spaces right next to the building.

Location: One spot is on the left side of the building, and the other can be accessed directly from the street on the right side.

How it Works: It's strictly first come, first served! If you see an empty spot when you arrive, feel free to use it. (These spots are complimentary for our guests, subject to availability).

You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.



Find your booking number
You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

“Booking/confirmation number”

“Booking ID”

“Reservation number”

Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉



Get your door code
Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!



Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!

Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

We always send your check-in info by email—and often via SMS or WhatsApp too. Still nothing? Just reach out and we’ll sort it 👍

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
‍
No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
‍
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.

No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
‍
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.

Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.

You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
