The Apartment

This newly renovated, 1-bedroom apartment has everything you need to live, work and play. Get the practical things like a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast WiFi, 24/7 support, and regular professional cleaning, and fun stuff like a private balcony and smart TV. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months.

The studio apartment features a 160x200 cm bed. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep two additional people. Views either look toward the Florence skyline or neighbouring buildings depending on the floor. Each apartment is professionally cleaned to our 63-step ‘Ridiculously Clean’ standard before you arrive. It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out.

Custom Interior Design
The interior is designed by Rocio de La Puente, who drew inspiration from the area's Renaissance architecture and artsy feel. This apartment is decked out with furniture designed and made in Italy from brands like the beautiful handpainted ceramics from Galleria Ponte Vecchio. Natural textiles combined with gold accents and colourful tiles give the apartment an Italian Bohemian vibe.

Bob is all for staying active, so this apartment includes yoga mats, online access to Yogaia yoga studio, and access to a nearby local gym. Bob is also all for a tasty brekkie; you have the option to pre-purchase breakfast at Bob’s fav neighbourhood cafes with an exclusive discount.

The Building

This historical property in the Santo Spirito district of Florence was freshly renovated in 2022. These apartments are located on the second to sixth floors and are accessed by a lift from the first floor. This is a contactless property, which means there’s no front desk. You can access both the building and your apartment with a convenient door code, and our super-responsive online support team is here for you day and night.

The Neighbourhood

You’ll be staying in the Santo Spirito district, which lies just southwest of the Arno River. This hip and vibrant area is a historical district near some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, yet feels off-the-beaten-path. Florence’s famed Ponte Vecchio bridge is just 100 metres away and other top attractions such as Palazzo Pitti, the Uffizi Gallery, and Basilica di Santa Croce di Firenze are nearby as well.  

Santo Spirito is known for its artsy, bohemian atmosphere, often hosting art workshops and exhibitions. The central piazza and surrounding narrow streets are full of artisan shops and plenty of trattorias and bottegas that are perfect for an alfresco brunch or evening aperitivo.
