The Space

This room has everything you need to live, work and play. Get the practical things like fast WiFi, 24/7 support, regular professional cleaning, and fun stuff like a smart TV. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months. The layout of individual rooms in this category may vary. Some rooms have very little window (showed in photos).

The bedroom features a 160 x 200 or 180 x 200 cm bed. Each room is professionally cleaned to our 63-step ‘Ridiculously Clean’ standard before you arrive. It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out.

Interior Design
When designing these spaces, Bob’s own designer Ola Bryksy was inspired by the building's history and the elegant architectural elements of Amsterdam. A colour scheme of dark wood, white stone, and golden elements with a pop of green-bottle colour compliments original wooden beams and windows which reach over three metres in height. Furniture and decor has been carefully selected to reflect the local culture, including custom prints from Amsterdam-based artist Aafke Bouman, coffee mugs hand made in Amsterdam by Atelier van Schaijck, and Dutch-inspired bouquets by local flower company Meestervervalsers.

Hooked Up With Local Amenities

Bob is all for staying active, so this room includes yoga mats, online access to Yogaia yoga studio, and access to a nearby local gym. Bob is also all for a tasty brekkie; you have the option to pre-purchase breakfast at Bob’s fave neighbourhood cafes with an exclusive discount.

Every night you spend with Bob is climate-neutral and fully carbon-offset. How? An average night in this apartment emits 58.80 kg CO2, and our support of climate action projects fully offsets the emissions associated with your stay. We’re also taking action to emit less in the first place and be kind to the environment, including buying 100% renewable energy, installing energy-saving smart home controls, sourcing select secondhand furniture, providing you with recycling facilities and more. The Building

This historic former courthouse property in central-eastern Amsterdam was built in 1777 and renovated in 2023. These rooms are located on the ground, first and second floors, but please note the building does not have a lift. This is a contactless property, which means there’s no front desk. You can access both the building and your room with a convenient door code, and our super-responsive online support team is here for you day and night.
