The space

This apartment has everything you need to live, work and play. Get the practical things like a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry, fast WiFi, 24/7 support, regular professional cleaning and epic stuff like a 120 m2 terrace. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months. 

The apartment features two bedrooms with a 160 cm-wide king bed. The 140 cm-wide sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional two people. Each space is professionally cleaned to our 80-step ‘Ridiculously Clean’ standard before you arrive. It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out.

Bob is all for staying active, so this space includes yoga mats, online access to Yogaia yoga studio, and access to a nearby local gym with membership of Bob's Inner Circle (sign up here). Bob is also all for a tasty brekkie; you have the option to pre-purchase breakfast at Bob’s fave neighbourhood cafes with an exclusive discount.

The building

This newly constructed property between the Pärnu Old Town and beach was freshly built in 2023. This apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by lift. This is a contactless property, which means there’s no front desk. You can access both the building and your space with a convenient door code, and our super-responsive online support team is here for you day and night.

Pärnu is known as the "Summer Capital" of Estonia. Nestled along the Baltic Sea coast with pristine sandy beaches stretching for kilometres, it's the perfect place to soak up the sun and indulge in water sports. The city's well-preserved old town enchants visitors with its cobblestone streets, colourful buildings, and charming cafes. Pärnu is also renowned for its spas and wellness centres, where you can unwind and pamper yourself year-round.
