Bob W is a provider of exceptionally cool short-stay apartments throughout Europe. You can book a Bob W in Germany, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, The United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Finland and Greece with more markets to come pretty soon!

Will my reservation be impacted by the transition to Bob W?

No. Easy, right? All your reservations will remain confirmed and unchanged.

Is there anything I need to do because of the rebrand?

Before you arrive, we will send you a link so you can check in online through our guest area. That’s it! There is nothing else you need to do.

Who will send me an invoice for my stay?

If you checked in before 01 January 2025, you will receive your invoice from the previous operator. If you checked in on or after 01 January 2025, you will receive your invoice from Bob W.

Will check-in and check-out times change?

The check-in time will be 15:00. Check-out is at 11:00.

What will change in the property and/or services offered?

Following the rebrand, you will have access to our super modern Guest Area. Through the Guest Area, you will be able to see your reservation details, book add-ons to your stay such as breakfast or late check-outs (among many others!), and access your room - all from your phone!

You will also have access to expansive customer service from our Guest Success Team and we will provide you with carefully selected local amenities during your stay.

Will you close down the hotel temporarily to rebrand to Bob W?

No. The property will remain open and operational throughout the entire process. It will be business as usual without interruption.

How will you use my personal data?

To ensure a seamless experience, Bob W. and its parent company, Charly Hospitality GmbH, will receive your personal information as part of the rebrand. This transfer of data is required for processing your reservation and facilitating your stay.

We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information will be used solely for managing your reservation and delivering the services related to your booking.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

Access your personal data.
Request corrections to any inaccurate information.
Object to certain types of processing or request data deletion, where applicable.

Please rest assured that your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless you explicitly consent to this during the check-in process.
