You can find all the information you need from our digital Guest Area. You can access the Guest Area after you have completed your check- in. The Check-In and Check-Out Times will stay the same at 15:00 and 11:00, respectively.
It’s not possible to book specific apartments. However, you can book a specific apartment category. But if you want to re-book that honeymoon suite you stayed in last year for a romantic getaway, reach out to mitte@bobw.co and let’s see if Bob W can hook you up.
All guests who are in-house on May 30th or later will receive a new booking confirmation email and have to complete the online check-in process. As there is no front desk or staff at Bob W Apartments, you (the guest) need to complete an online self-check-in process prior to arrival in order to access the service and the apartment. Bob W Apartments have keyless access and self-check-in availability 24/7, 365 days a year. Pretty badass if you ask me.

Yes. As of May 30th, Charly will be fully transformed to Bob W. From then on, you will not be able to book any more rooms via the becharly.com website, but will be able to book a room at the same properties now run by Bob W at bobw.co. Should you have any future reservations with Charly, then you will be contacted by @bobw.co before your stay for your online check-in.
