Bob W signs large Porto property as operator accelerates Iberian expansion

31 October 2025 – Helsinki, Finland – Tech-powered hospitality operator Bob W has secured a   80-unit serviced apartment building in a central location in the city of Porto, marking its first signing in Portugal and a key milestone in the company’s Iberian growth strategy.

The project underscores Bob W’s confidence in Portugal’s hospitality sector and its long-term potential as a leading European travel and corporate hub.

Under the leadership of Badis Boudjakdji, Director of Expansion for Southern Europe, the company is targeting urban locations across Portugal and Spain, with ongoing negotiations in Lisbon, Madrid, Valencia, Málaga, Alicante and Barcelona.

Already operating multiple properties in Madrid, Bob W is now establishing its presence in Portugal with the new Porto property, which will anchor its local portfolio.
