11th February 2026 – Helsinki, Finland – Bob W Bob W, the tech-powered hospitality operator, has signed a long-term lease agreement for a former hotel property at Lundagatan 31 in Södermalm, Stockholm, marking its third asset in the Swedish capital.

14th January 2026 – Copenhagen, Denmark – Bob W, the tech-powered, design-led hospitality operator and Urban Partners (formerly NREP), a leading European urban investment manager, have announced a collaboration for a new mixed-use development currently being built by Skanska in Ørestad, Copenhagen.

We’re excited to share that Bob W is coming to Prague. We’ve signed a long-term lease for a 150-key property in the heart of the city, marking our first location in the Czech Republic and a major step in our Central and Eastern European expansion.

31 October 2025 – Helsinki, Finland – Tech-powered hospitality operator Bob W has secured a 80-unit serviced apartment building in a central location in the city of Porto, marking its first signing in Portugal and a key milestone in the company’s Iberian growth strategy.

September 24, 2025 – Helsinki, Finland. Bob W, the tech-powered hospitality operator, has signed a long-term lease for a serviced apartment building in Munich’s Arnulfpark. The property will open later this winter as Bob W Munich City West, marking the brand’s fifth location in the Bavarian capital and underscoring its rapid expansion across Germany and Europe.

September 3, 2025 – Helsinki, Finland. Bob W, the tech-powered hospitality operator, has signed a long-term lease and officially opened its second serviced apartment property in Stockholm’s historic Gamla Stan (Old Town). The move comes just months after the company launched its first property in the Swedish capital, underscoring its rapid growth in the Nordics.

Bob has just opened 54 apartments on Kammakargatan, inside a 1965 brutalist landmark that’s been reborn through a design collaboration with Note Design Studio.

Recently, it feels like I haven’t woken up to the same view twice. There was the new opening in Helsinki, then all the furniture to unpack in Stockholm. Still, I found time to check out how the refurb of my place is going down in Milan. I was ready for some heat.
