Bob W’s London footprint is expanding with a new short-stay apartment location in summer 2022. The distinct history of the Spitalfields neighbourhood offers authentic experiences our guests crave.

At Bob W, we’re a tech-driven hospitality provider offering a smarter alternative to hotels and short-stay rentals. We currently operate in Spain, Finland, Estonia, and the UK with plans to expand further in Europe. Our Spitalfields property will mark our fourth short-stay apartment location in the UK.

The Spitalfields area

A prime location in a cool area is something guests can expect whenever they sleep with us – no matter the city. This is why choosing a neighbourhood is serious business at Bob W. Spitalfields is an urban area known for unique shopping, fantastic eats, and pops of vibrant street art. Much of all three can be found in the Spitalfields Market – a centuries-old hub in a culturally-rich community. 

The neighbourhood’s lanes and charming alleys offer additional opportunities for discovery. Guests who want to enjoy more traditional London experiences will appreciate the location’s excellent transportation connections, including nearby Liverpool Street Station and the new Elizabeth Line with convenient connections to London Heathrow Airport.

‍The Commercial House building

The 20-apartment Commercial House building is located on one of London’s historically business-lined streets, just blocks from the Spitalfields Market and the City of London’s skyscrapers and countless offices. We’ve thoughtfully designed each one-bedroom apartment with a private kitchen and bathroom to accommodate a comfortable one-night trip or a months-long stay.
