Feel right at home with a full kitchen. You’ll find everything you need to fine dine, right in your own studio. Bob’s kitchens are equipped with a fridge, combi-oven, microwave, fridge, sink & dishwasher. All the trimmings included, no need to pack your own frying pan. 

No awkward hallway dashes or shared facilities here. This room comes with its own en-suite shower — just you, good water pressure, and all the privacy you need to rinse off the day (or wake up properly). We’ve even stocked it with Bob’s favourite 19-69 Capri products, so you can lather up in luxury.

All our rooms come with a Smart TV, so you can keep up with the local news or pick up exactly where you left off in your latest binge. Whether you’re casting from your phone or logging in to your go-to app, consider your cosy night in sorted.

Bob is not one to shy away from sourcing the right furniture for the right places. You’ll find an eclectic mix of vintage pieces in our shared spaces – with every piece telling a story of its own. You’ll definitely recognise a few of the iconic styles that mix perfectly into this reimagined building.

Grounded in history, this building has seen it all. Built in the 1960s, amidst the architectural monochromatic movement, some may call its facade out of date in this modern world. But Bob saw it differently. Working with Note Studio, they embraced the tough limitations of the building and used it as inspiration to build something truly unique.

The kind of palette that feels like a hug – a very stylish one. The deep, midcentury-inspired tones give real depth, bringing that comfort that envelops you into the space. Each space, from the studios to the shared areas, works cohesively to excite any design-obsessed guest.

Most pet stays require a one-time fee when booking. There's no charge for service animals.

We allow one large pet (up to 45kg) or two small pets (up to 23kg each) per apartment.

Just landed at Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) and heading to Bob W Stockholm Norrmalm? Hej! You've got a few excellent options to get right into the city centre.



Arlanda Express (Fastest & Easiest) 🚄
This dedicated airport train is the quickest way to the city.

Route & Time: The journey is non-stop from Arlanda to Stockholm Central Station and takes only about 18 minutes.

Final Step: From the central station, it's a 10-minute walk to our building.

Tickets: You can buy tickets online in advance, from machines in the terminal, or on the Arlanda Express app. You'll need to show your ticket onboard.

SL Commuter Train (Cheaper Option) 🚆
The local commuter train (Pendeltåg) is a more budget-friendly choice.

Route & Time: From Arlanda, take the commuter train towards Södertälje or Nynäshamn and get off at Odenplan Station. The journey takes about 38 minutes.

Final Step: From Odenplan, it's an 8-minute walk to Bob W.

Tickets: This is super easy! You can download the SL app, buy a ticket from a machine, or simply tap your contactless card or phone at the ticket gates.

Flygbussarna (Airport Bus) 🚌
The airport bus is another reliable option.

Route & Time: The bus journey from Arlanda to Cityterminalen (the central bus station, right next to the train station) takes about 45–50 minutes.

Final Step: From Cityterminalen, it's a 10-minute walk to our building.

Tickets: You can buy tickets online, in the Flygbussarna app, or at ticket machines.

Finding the Entrance
Look for the building at number 5 on Kammakargatan street. The main entrance is clearly visible from the street. Your door code, found in your Guest Area, will get you inside.

At Bob W Stockholm Norrmalm, the luggage room is located on the ground floor. From the main entrance at Kammakargatan 5, walk straight ahead and then to your left. The room is available for you to use:

On the day of check-in from 5:00 AM

On the day of check-out until 11:00 PM

Driving to Bob W Stockholm Norrmalm? We offer a limited number of private parking spots right in our building, plus we have some info on nearby alternatives.


Bob W's Private Garage Parking
We have four private parking spots available in the garage underneath the building. The cost is 500 SEK per night.


How to Book Your Parking Spot
You can reserve a spot for our on-site indoor parking in two easy ways:

During your online check-in process.

At any time from your Guest Area, under the 'Extras' section.

Payment is collected at the time you book the parking spot, and please note that it is a non-refundable charge. Parking can be booked for the full duration of your reservation.

What happens after I book? Once your purchase is complete, all the necessary information, including your assigned parking spot number and detailed instructions, will appear in your Guest Area.

Why can't I see the option to book parking? If you don't see parking available in your Guest Area or during check-in, it simply means all of our spots are fully booked for your dates.


How to Access the Garage
The garage entrance is on Kammakargatan, to the right of the main building entrance.

Using the Keypad: The keypad needs to be activated before use. Touch the keypad gently until it lights up yellow, then enter your code. Please do not press the top button, as this is a fingerprint scanner and will cause an error.

Important: For security, please make sure the garage door closes fully behind you after entering or exiting.

Finding Your Spot & Getting to Bob W The garage is shared, so it's very important to park in the correct spot. Once you drive in, immediately turn left and drive straight to the very back. Our spots are numbered 13-16.

You can access the hotel directly from the garage. The door is located right behind our parking spots. Use the same code as for the garage to enter the building, then take the second elevator on your left.

Vehicle size limit: The maximum vehicle height for the garage is 1.95 meters.


Electric Car Charging
Please note that our on-site garage does not have charging stations for electric cars. Here are a couple of nearby public charging options (you will typically need to download an app to pay):

Step 1: Complete Your Online Check-In
Head to our secure check-in portal here: https://reception.bobw.co/check-in

You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.



Find your booking number
You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

“Booking/confirmation number”

“Booking ID”

“Reservation number”

Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉



Get your door code
Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!



Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!



Didn’t get a confirmation email?
Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

We always send your check-in info by email—and often via SMS or WhatsApp too. Still nothing? Just reach out and we’ll sort it 👍

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
‍
No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
‍
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.
‍
No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
‍
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.

Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.

You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
