September 3, 2025 – Helsinki, Finland. Bob W, the tech-powered hospitality operator, has signed a long-term lease and officially opened its second serviced apartment property in Stockholm’s historic Gamla Stan (Old Town). The move comes just months after the company launched its first property in the Swedish capital, underscoring its rapid growth in the Nordics.
The newly signed history property, is located at Österlånggatan 26, just steps from The Royal Palace and Stockholm Cathedral. A staged refurbishment program is already underway, transforming the building into a mix of fully serviced studios and one-bedroom apartments designed for short and mid-term stays. Guests can already check in, as the property has opened its doors under the Bob W brand.
This deal follows the successful launch of Bob W Stockholm Norrmalm less than two months ago. Today, Bob W operates properties across 19 cities in 11 European countries.

The deal was secured with the support of Fredrik Berlin of Nordic Growth Hub, while the property is owned by developer and landlord Persi Fastighets AB.
