At Bob W, we're always on the lookout for the right people to help us grow smarter and faster. That’s why we’re excited to announce two new appointments that will boost our presence in Southern Europe as we continue to redefine hospitality across the continent.
We’re welcoming Badis Boudjakdji as Real Estate Director for Iberia and Renato Sciannimanico as Real Estate Director for Southern Europe. Their combined expertise and passion for innovative real estate solutions will help us strengthen our position in Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
Badis and Renato will continue driving our Iberian and Italian expansion, working closely with landlords, asset managers, and developers to transform underutilised commercial spaces into our signature serviced apartments. We’re particularly excited about their focus on Spain, where we already operate two properties in Madrid, and Italy, where our three centrally located assets in Milan and Florence are making waves.
Meet the Team
Badis joins us from Urban Campus, where he played a key role in expanding their co-living footprint across Iberia. His past experience in M&A and structured finance at PwC, BNP Paribas, and Covivio gives him a unique perspective on property transformation.
Renato comes from Tristan Capital Partners, where he managed high-value real estate transactions across Europe. He also brings valuable portfolio management experience from his time at Allianz Real Estate (now PIMCO Prime).
