The location

The Bob W Commercial House, located in the Spitalfields neighbourhood of central London, is now open. The design of the studio and one-bedroom apartments is inspired by the vibrant street art and multicultural history of the area.

It’s right in the middle of it all – home to unique shopping, great food and vibrant street art to immerse the senses. Those who enjoy a more traditional London experience will appreciate the location which offers easy access to Liverpool Street Station, as well as convenient connections to the London Heathrow Airport with the new Elizabeth Line.

Local starts with the designer

We’ve joined forces with Camilo Torres, a London-based designer who has crafted bold yet timeless residential commercial projects across Europe, South America, North America and Oceania. With his impeccable taste, he has sourced local, sustainable pieces with lively colours and textures to bring our Spitalfields location to life.

A nod to the Spitalfields neighbourhood

Bob W makes every effort to source locally and sustainably, without compromising on quality and design. 

Our beds are made in Liversedge, West Yorkshire by family-owned Highgrove beds, and secondhand dining chairs are sourced from the Spitalfields Market – a culturally-rich hub that’s been around for a few centuries. 

The art prints in the Bob W Commercial House are curated from East End Prints, a women-owned publishing house in East London that supports independent artists, while the unique second hand coffee trays are also from the Spitalfields Market. 

Sustainability at the heart of what we do

No matter which location you’re staying at, every stay with Bob W is climate-neutral and fully carbon offset. 

We’re serious about partnering with manufacturers who share our sustainability values, and we’ve got the proof. The Bob W Commercial House our groovy print wallpaper is from 75-year-old British brand Graham & Brown, a carbon-neutral manufacturer. The cushions are crafted with 100% PET bottle recycled fabric in the UK by Furn. The glass vases that hold your flowers are made completely from recycled glass. Last but not least, the cups that you drink your coffee out of are created by Renate Pierotto, an architect and potter who creates handmade, nature-inspired earthenware from her East London studio.

We know that comfort is as crucial as looks, so we worked with world-renowned upholstery brand M. Campos Silva in Portugal to create custom-made sofa beds just for the Bob W Commercial House.
