The new Bob W Tower Hill Residences, Bob W Olympia and Bob W Holland Park add a further 20,000 sq ft of high-quality, serviced apartment space to the company’s portfolio.

They all feature local and sustainable design and are equipped with Bob W’s bespoke technology, including a digital front desk, self-service check-in and 24-hour remote customer service, combining the quality and reliability of a hotel with the comfort of a home.

This expansion closely follows the opening of Bob W St Paul’s in March, marking the launch of four Bob W properties in London in less than two months, covering both the West and East sides of the city.

Bob W Tower Hill Residences, Bob W Olympia, and Bob W Holland Park include a variety of fully-serviced studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses with rooftop terraces.

Bookings open from today, and cater to modern travellers and digital nomads seeking to stay for one night, seven nights, or longer, in design-led apartments in the heart of London.

Niko Karstikko, Co-founder & CEO of Bob W, says : “The European market is experiencing a real surge in demand for serviced apartments as guests look for more personalised, unique and sustainable experiences. This trend shows no sign of slowing down.

“These new London openings take us to over 40 properties across the continent, with many more to come over the next few years. As a tech-led, hospitality provider we offer an exceptionally responsive guest experience that delivers a five-star stay every time. Our building requires minimal teams to operate efficiently, enabling us to scale our portfolios at pace.

“Our tech-centric approach means we are one of Europe’s best-ranked international hospitality providers. We currently have a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 77, and an average guest rating of 4.8 out of five stars, making Bob W the most loved brand on the market.”
