This newly built studio apartment has everything you need to live, work and play. Get the practical things like a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, fast WiFi, 24/7 support, and regular professional cleaning, and fun stuff like a smart TV, roof terrace, and bookable private cinema and meeting room. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months.

The apartment features a queen-size bed. Views look toward the city street. Each apartment is professionally cleaned to our 63-step ‘Ridiculously Clean’ standard before you arrive. It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out.

Custom Estonian Interior Design
The interior is designed by Gerdi Arst, who drew inspiration from Tartu’s pastel hues and stately buildings. This apartment is decked out with furniture designed and made in Estonia from brands like Wendre and Ermatiko. The subdued colour scheme and sleek furniture give each apartment an understated, yet elegant vibe.

The Building

This modern property in Tartu was built in 2021. All floors are accessible by lift, but there are stairs between the entrance and the lift. This is a contactless property, which means there’s no front desk. You can access both the building and your apartment with a convenient door code, and our super-responsive online support team is here for you day and night.

The Neighbourhood

Situated in an ideal location in Tartu, Duo Lofts are just a few blocks from the Old Town and steps away from the Emajõgi River and Estonia’s premier university. This modern building lies on the corner of Rüütli Street, a charming pedestrian road with restaurants, cafes and boutiques to explore. The nearby Old Town offers a vibrant display of 18th-century architecture, museums and lively nightlife.

Tartu has a public transportation system, and you can also get around via Bolt or taxi. But the city is small, and walking will allow you to navigate through its beautiful parks and riverfront and meander the quaint historical streets.
