This apartment has everything you need to live, work and play. Get the practical things like a fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, 24/7 support, regular professional cleaning, and fun stuff like a smart TV and a balcony. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months. 

The apartment features a 160 cm-wide queen bed. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. 

Each space is professionally cleaned to our 80-step ‘Ridiculously Clean’ standard before you arrive. It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out.

This apartment is designed with comfy functionality in mind, fitted out with hand-picked Finnish vintage items and art-inspired, custom-designed elements, showcasing commitment to both sustainability and local culture. 

The interiors are masterfully crafted by local artisans including Diana Cerrada, Fabrica, Durat - capturing the essence of this Helsinki neighbourhood with a flair that is both elegant and approachably modern. Drawing inspiration from the local culture and energy, Koko3 describes the design process as an exploration of Kaartinkaupunki's identity—likening it to a "classy lady with swanky sneakers." This playful yet refined spirit is woven throughout the apartment.

Bob is all for staying active, so this space includes yoga mats, online access to Yogaia yoga studio, and access to a nearby local gym with membership of Bob's Inner Circle (sign up here). Bob loves a great brekkie; you have the option to pre-purchase breakfast at Bob’s favourite neighbourhood cafes with an exclusive discount.

Seriously sustainable

Bob W Kaarti may be a neighbourhood OG and although its spirit remains intact, Bob’s refresh has earned it a LEED Gold Rating - no mean feat for a heritage building. Many of the design elements and features have been upcycled, maintaining a subtle nod to the building's previous life as the iconic Rivoli Hotel.

Every night you spend with Bob is climate-neutral and fully carbon offset. How? Well, an average night in this specific space emits 34.18 kg CO2, and our support of climate action projects fully offsets the emissions associated with your stay. We’re also taking action to emit less in the first place and be kind to the environment, including buying 100% renewable energy, installing energy-saving smart home controls, sourcing select secondhand furniture, providing you with recycling facilities and more. The building

This historical building is an absolute gem tucked away in Helsinki's hip Kaartinkaupunki district. near the waterfront, and it was freshly renovated in 2024. 

These apartments are located on the sixth floor and are accessible by lift. This is a contactless property, which means there’s no front desk. You can access both the building and your space with a convenient door code, and our super-responsive online support team is here for you day and night. The property has limited paid parking available.

Welcome to Kaartinkaupunki - the neighbourhood for anyone looking to be at the centre of things. The ‘must haves’ are covered - you’ll find uber cool, local options for coffee, drinks and food right on your doorstep.

Home of culture and creativity you’ll find historical hotspots like the Old Market Hall and Kauppatori Market Square alongside the Finnish Design Museum and architectural marvel Rikhardinkatu Library.
A boat ride around the Gulf of Finland will give you a fresh perspective and a visit to Korkeavuorenkatu Street's boutiques and secondhand shops will scratch that shopping itch - oh and don't forget the iconic Moomin store!
