At Bob W, we take sustainability seriously. We not only calculate emissions but also offset them by annually funding rigorously vetted offset projects. In 2023 we offset 100% of guests’ stay and operational emissions, in total 2190 tCO₂e.
The space
This apartment has everything you need to live, work and play. Get the practical things like a fast WiFi, 24/7 support, regular professional cleaning, and fun stuff like a smart TV. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months.
The apartment features a 180 cm-wide king bed.
Each space is professionally cleaned to our 80-step ‘Ridiculously Clean’ standard before you arrive. It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out.
Interior design
Inspired by the award-winning expertise of BelForm, these interiors are a masterclass in sustainable design and understated luxury. Walnut wood finishes, marble accents, and custom-built kitchens crafted from recycled materials create a space that’s as eco-conscious as it is effortlessly stylish. Drawing from Japanese micro-living principles, every detail is designed to maximise comfort and function, proving that great things really do come in small packages.
Local amenities
Bob is all for staying active, so this space includes yoga mats, online access to Yogaia yoga studio, and access to a nearby local gym with membership of Bob's Inner Circle (sign up here). Bob loves a great brekkie; you have the option to pre-purchase breakfast at Bob’s favourite neighbourhood cafes with an exclusive discount.
Seriously sustainable
Every night you spend with Bob is fully tracked, and emissions are offset through investments in the best projects we could find. We launched this Bob in winter 2025, so we don't have emissions data for the building yet. Once the next annual Impact Assessment completed, you will see the per night emissions for your stay. We’re also taking action to emit less in the first place and to be kind to the environment, including buying 100% renewable energy, installing energy-saving smart home controls, sourcing select secondhand furniture, providing you with recycling facilities, and more. The building
These apartments are located on the first through fifth floors and are accessible by lift. This is a contactless property, which means there’s no front desk. You can access the building with a convenient door code displayed in the Guest Area on your phone and your space with a programmed key card. Instructions on how to program a card are displayed on the kiosk on the property’s ground floor. Our super-responsive online support team is here for you day and night.
The neighbourhood
