This is an easy and efficient way to get from the airport to the city.

Route: From the airport's train station, you can take either the I train or the P train. Both will take you directly to Helsinki Central Railway Station (Helsingin päärautatieasema).

Tickets & Info: You can buy your ticket from the HSL app or from ticket machines at the airport station. For schedules and more details, check the official HSL website: hsl.fi.

Final Step: From Helsinki Central Railway Station, it's just a 10-minute walk to Bob W Koti Ullanlinna.

Finding the Entrance
Look for the building at number 4 D on Punanotkonkatu street. The main entrance is clearly visible from the street. Your door code from the Guest Area will get you in.

At Bob W Koti Ullanlinna, the luggage room is located on the 1st floor and is available for you to use:

On the day of check-in from 5:00 AM

On the day of check-out until 11:00 PM


How to access it:
Head straight through the main entrance.

Luggage room will be on the right.

Open your Guest Area (check your email for the check-in link).

Tap “Open Doors.”

Scroll to find the “Luggage Room” key.

Enter the code on the pin pad.

Bob's storage is #57, the second one on the right.


Heads up: Bob recommends you do not leave valuable or personal items in the storage - others can store bags there too.

If you're driving to Bob W Koti Ullanlinna, here's what you need to know about parking your wheels:


On-site Parking
We have two parking garages available for our guests. Spaces are limited!

Price: €450/month or €20/night (there's a minimum stay of 5 nights for the nightly rate).

How to Book:

Check for space with the front desk on arrival.

Or, send us a message via WhatsApp before arrival.

How to Park:

You'll receive a remote control and a smart chip or orange tag from our front desk for access. (Heads up! If these are misplaced, a replacement fee will apply.)

Drive directly into the system zone using the controller.

When parking inside the designated area, ensure that the handbrake is engaged, doors are closed securely, and the driver can then close the parking area press yes for all the question appeared on the screen.

And simultaneously press the orange and green buttons to process and close the parking area.

Remote buttons: 'A' usually opens the main gate, 'B' opens the garage for entry. The door closes automatically when you drive out.

Note: When you drive going out, no need to close the door as it closes automatically.

Nearby Parking
Aimopark Kasarmitori

Location: A very close option. An entrance is at Fabianinkatu 4, Helsinki. (Kasarmitori is a large area, so there might be other entrances too).

Rates: Hourly rates vary (often a bit cheaper if you use the new Aimo app – formerly Taskuparkki). Expect around €36/24h. Monthly rates are also sometimes available (e.g., around €402/month).

Always check current rates on-site or via the Aimo app / Aimo Park website.

Heads Up: The Taskuparkki app is being replaced by the new "Aimo app" around early summer 2025. Download the Aimo app for the latest services from Aimo Park!

You can do this any time before arriving, no need to wait for check-in day. This helps us get everything ready for your stay.



Find your booking number
You’ll need this to check in online. It’s usually in your confirmation email from wherever you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Look for terms like:

“Booking/confirmation number”

“Booking ID”

“Reservation number”

Can’t find it? Check your spam folder—emails love to hide there sometimes 😉



Get your door code
Once your check-in is complete, your unique door code will pop up on the evening before check-in day in the Guest Area under "Open Doors". That’s how you’ll access your apartment—no keys needed!



Do I need to add my credit card to the check-in form?
Only if you want to book extras, like breakfast, or if you'll be staying in one of the city tax locations seen here.

If your stay was fully paid via your company or booking site, you can skip this step—just leave the credit card fields empty and close the tab. Easy!



Didn’t get a confirmation email?
Double-check that your email and phone number are correct.

We always send your check-in info by email—and often via SMS or WhatsApp too. Still nothing? Just reach out and we’ll sort it 👍

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.

No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.

No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!

Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
‍
No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
‍
No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.

No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
‍
Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.

Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.

Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.

You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
