At Bob W, we take sustainability seriously. We not only calculate emissions but also offset them by annually funding rigorously vetted offset projects. In 2023 we offset 100% of guests’ stay and operational emissions, in total 2190 tCO₂e.
The space
This room has everything you need to live, work and play. Get the practical things like a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, fast WiFi, 24/7 support, regular professional cleaning, and fun stuff like a smart TV. You'll even have access to an onsite gym and leafy terrace. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months.
The bedroom features a single bed. Views look onto a bussling terraced street at the front or leafy trees at the rear. Each apartment is professionally cleaned to our 80-step ‘Ridiculously Clean’ standard before you arrive. It is possible to request early check-in and late check-out.
The property is within walking distance of Earl's Court underground station, about 5 minutes away. Be in the centre of London in a flash.

The building
This Victorian terrace has all the classic features you could hope for, with sash windows and picture-perfect details. Apartments are located on the ground, first, second and third floors, and in the basement. There's no lift, so please consider this when booking if this is important to you. There is no front desk at this property, but our super-responsive online support team is here for you day and night.
The neighbourhood
Tucked away on a Victorian terrace, here you can explore the city at your own pace. It’s a short stroll to the neighbourhood’s best loved spots to grab a quick bite and a coffee, whether croissants or hummus are your thing. Find famous names hidden in the leafy passages of Brompton Cemetery, or discover London’s most celebrated museums on your doorstep. They’re both a must for cultural folks. And when you’re ready to stretch your legs, head to the green expanse of Hyde Park for gardens, ponds and birdlife.
