How can we access the apartment?

Our apartments are contactless and keyless, meaning there’s no front desk and you can access them with a door code any time during your stay. To get your door code, please fill in the online check-in form, sent to your email, well before your arrival. After you complete the form, we’ll send you your door code one day before your arrival. If you book less than one day before your arrival, we’ll ask you to complete the online check-in form right away so you can get your door code in a snap. Alternatively, click on the person icon in the top right of our website (you will need your last name and booking number).

Can I check-in earlier and check-out later?

Check-in time starts from 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. We love to make special requests happen, but we cannot always guarantee late check-out/early check-in as it depends on other guests and our cleaners' schedules. Our online check-in form asks you for your arrival and departure times, and subject to availability, you can add additional hours to your stay. Additional charges may apply. If you’d like to change your information after submitting it, please reach out directly!

It depends on the building. Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends as much as you do, we cannot welcome them in all of our apartments as each building has its own rules. Please reach out directly about staying with your pet.

How long can I sleep with Bob W? A night, weeks or months?

Bob’s apartments have everything you need to stop by or stick around for longer. You can stay anywhere from one night to many months at a time. Daily, weekly and monthly rates automatically applied when you book direct on our website.

How to book business stays via the Bob W website?

Follow the steps below to book your stay through bobw.co 

1. Fill in your stay details on the Booking Engine on our front page (City / Dates / Guests) and Click Search

2. You can modify the details and add additional filters on the new Booking page, which opened

3. If you have a special voucher to use, click on Apply Voucher, insert your special code and click Apply

4. Scroll through the options and click your preferred category to get more details and book

5. Click Book Now to proceed. Fill in the guest details, select the rate, fill in the payment details and Confirm and book

Well done! Now sit back and wait for a confirmation email, which will be sent to you shortly. The email includes a link to an online check-in, which is required to finalize your booking.

How to book business stays via the Bob W website?

Do I need to add my credit card to your check-in form?

Depends on your booking. If the accommodation is all charged and paid for by your company or an online travel agent you have booked through, then there is no need to add your credit card details to the booking. Our online check-in form asks these details in case you decide to add additional services (breakfast, parking, etc.) to your booking. Please feel free to leave these fields empty and exit the browser.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Plans change – we get it. If you’ve booked directly on bobw.co with the option ‘Pay Later’, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the 3 PM check-in time on your arrival day. If you cancel the stay outside of this free cancellation window, the whole amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card. If you’ve reserved through a different booking site, please refer to the cancellation policy on that site. All cancellation requests must go through the original booking channel.

Your door code is activated 15 minutes before your reservation starts. If this is not the issue, the best thing is to call us. We’ll guide you and make sure you get in.

An email with a link to check-in online will be sent to your email before arrival. Make sure you have provided us with your email address. Alternatively, you can click the Check-in option when clicking on the person icon in the top right of our website (you will need your last name and booking number from the confirmation email we will have sent you).

Please double check that you have provided us with your correct email address and telephone number. Our check-in information is always sent via email as well as your other preferred channels (like SMS). If you are not receiving anything, please reach out.

Smoking is forbidden in all our apartments. Please exit the building and use a designated smoking area, and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

Yes! Feel free to take it with you around the neighbourhood, leave it in the apartment or keep for your next adventures. As long as you don’t throw it away :)

House rules

Please read Bob's house rules carefully. If you break them, you will be charged a fine and/or your booking will be terminated – and no one wants that!
  • Respect your neighbours. You're sharing the building with other guests and residents. Be aware of your noise levels and keep things tidy. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am daily.
  • No parties or any events that might disturb other guests. We know, parties are fun, but people need their rest too.
  • No pets, unless otherwise confirmed in advance by Bob W in writing. Just reach out with questions!
  • Shoes off inside. Not only does this reduce noise for your neighbours, but it also keeps the apartment clean and in good shape.
  • No smoking, even on balconies. Please use marked outdoor smoking areas.
  • No drugs or use of any illegal substances. If we find a reason to believe this is happening during or after your stay, you will be reported to the local authorities and that’d be a major bummer.
  • No rubbish in the hallways. Please check your apartment for instructions on how to deal with rubbish and recycling.
  • Respect our cleaners. Although each apartment is thoroughly cleaned after check-out, please pick up after yourself and use common sense when leaving. If you leave a big mess that takes extra time to clean up, you’ll be charged.
  • Keep to your check-in and check-out times. Your last-minute schedule changes impact our cleaners and other guests.
  • Report any possible damage you see in the apartment during your stay so Bob can fix it.
You are always fully responsible to pay for damages caused by you, your guests or pets. Any violations of the law or fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your booking and will be reported to the local police for further investigation. It’s Bob’s responsibility to make sure all guests are safe and have a good time! Thanks for your understanding and for helping us out with this.
