We’re excited to share that Bob W is coming to Prague. We’ve signed a long-term lease for a 150-key property in the heart of the city, marking our first location in the Czech Republic and a major step in our Central and Eastern European expansion.
Prague has long been a crossroads of creativity, culture, and commerce — a place where modern travellers (and locals) mix effortlessly. It’s also a city that attracts both holidaymakers and business travellers year-round, making it a perfect fit for our hybrid hospitality model: the consistency and quality of a hotel, combined with the character and flexibility of a home.

Prague has a mature hospitality market with strong fundamentals — a balance of international visitors, domestic travel, culture-led exploration, and a growing extended-stay and remote-work segment. These conditions make it one of the most exciting urban hubs in Central Europe.
Our new Prague property will feature a mix of studio and one-bedroom apartments, each thoughtfully designed to feel like a place you’d actually want to stay (not just sleep). Expect our signature approach:
